中文摘要：	财务战略作为企业战略的一个重要方面，对企业的发展起着重要的作用。在企业的竞争力中，财务战略管理能力和水平是企业各方面能力的综合体现，因为企业的技术开发、服务、生产和营销都要以资金作为后盾。有了健全的财务体系和有力的融、投资战略，企业的发展战略才得以顺利实现。随着我国加入WTO，国内的环境更加复杂。如何在多变、动态和复杂的环境中生存和发展，如何在激烈的竞争中获胜，这就要充分重视财务的战略问题和长远问题。本文正是在此基础上，对处于激烈竞争中的皓宇物流公司的财务战略作研究，利用企业内部基础性资料进行财务战略的分析。通过对皓宇物流公司财务战略管理情况的调查研究，可以将财务战略管理思想真正有效地运用到企业经营管理中，为物流行业的财务战略管理提供有益参考。 本文的研究思想是在对皓宇物流公司进行调研的基础上，收集国内外对供应链环境下企业财务战略的研究成果，利用对皓宇物流公司的内部环境和外部环境进行分析，以此为基础对企业财务战略的实施进行研究。本文所做的主要努力在于首先对供应链管理环境下财务战略进行了系统综述，然后对皓宇物流公司进行财务战略环境分析和经营战略分析，并以此为依据，运用管理学和经济学、战略管理和财务管理相结合的方法，针对供应链管理环境下皓宇物流公司所处行业的特征提出了财务战略的要点。 本文通过对皓宇物流公司进行分析后，发现了供应链管理环境下企业财务战略的影响因素，本文借鉴这些因素以及国内外物流企业的财务管理经验，针对未来财务环境可能发生的变化，从战略的角度对皓宇物流公司财务战略的制定、实施和战略调整提供了一系列的合理化建议。 关键词：供应链 财务战略 皓宇物流公司
英文摘要：	As an important aspect of enterprise strategy, financial strategy plays an great role for enterprise development. In enterprise competitiveness, the capability of manegement and level for financial strategy is the general embodiment for the ability of all respects of enterprises, because the tecnology development, service, production and marketing must have capital behind them. There are sound financial system and strong equity trading and investment strategies, then the development strategies of the enterprises can be realized smoothly. As our country joins WTO, the domestic environment becomes more complicated. How to exist and develop in the mutable, dynamic and complicated environment and how to achieve victory in the intense competition that will fully pay attention to financial strategy and long-term issues. This paper is exactly on this basis to study the financial strategy of Haoyu Logistics Co., which is confronted with intense competition and utilizes the inner basic materials of the enterprise to carry on the analysis of finacial strategy. Through investigation for the financial strategy administration of Haoyu Logistics Co., the thought of financial strategy management can be effectively used into the management for enterprises, and offer the helpful reference for financial strategy management of logistics industry. The studying thought of this paper is on the basis of investigation to Haoyu Logistics Co., to collect research production of enterprise financial strategy under the environment of supply chain at home and abroad and utilize the analysis for the inner environment and outer environment of Haoyu Logistics Co., for studying the choise and implement of enterprise financial strategy. The main efforts of this paper is firstly to systematicly summarize the financial stragey under the environment of supply chain, secondly to analyse the financial strategy environment and management strategy of Haoyu Logistics Co. Based on this, applying the method of combining with management, economics, strategy management and financial management, this paper brings forward the key points of financial strategy aimed at the industry character of Haoyu Logistics Co. under the environment of supply chain. After analysis for Haoyu Logistics Co., the influence factors of enterprise financial strategy under the environment of supply chain is found. This paper uses these factors and financiaol management experiences of logistics companies at home and abroad as reference, aims at possible change of future financial environment to advance a series of reasonable proposals for making, implementing and adjusting the financial strategy for Haoyu Logistics Co. in terms of strategy.
