中文摘要：	中国的建筑企业发展迅速，无论是在数量和规模上，都以让世界瞠目的速度增长。合约管理在企业中的地位也越来越高，同时，因合约管理所带来的风险也给工程经济带来巨大的影响。中国的建筑行业也面临着前所未有的机遇和广阔的市场。所有建设项目为人们提供高品质的服务，其目的是以赢利为导向。而对于整个工程计划，合约管理对项目是否盈利以及应力多少的影响最大，因此，施工合约管理企业的风险问题应当得到认真对待，并加强合约管理和风险研究的控制，保障企业的经济利益。 本文对A工程项目合约风险管理进行了研究，全文共为六个章节。首先学习了建筑工程施工项目合约风险管理的相关理论知识以及国内外研究现状，阐述了项目合约风险管理的管理特征及对建筑施工项目的作用。然后论文以A工程项目为案例，着重介绍了A工程项目在施工合约风险管理方面的特点，综合采用头脑风暴法、访谈法以及德尔菲法对A工程项目的合约风险进行了识别，综合并归纳出了A工程项目的合约风险。综合阐述了4种风险应对手段和策略，并结合A项目合约所存在的风险因素，提出了A项目合约风险问题的相应解决办法，主要从合约签订前进行合理规避与合约履行过程中进行重点控制两个方面进行相关合约风险的管理。 本文通过对A工程项目的合约风险管理进行了深入分析与研究，对于国内相关类似工程建设项目的合约风险管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	Our construction enterprises have developed rapidly, both in number and size. Position of contract management in construction enterprises has been gradually increasing, and the risk of contract terms also have the greatest impact on its economy. The construction engineering business in China is facing unprecedented opportunities and vast market. Except the quality services the construction work provided, the purpose of them is profit-oriented, and the largest impact on the economic benefits of the building project is the contract management risks. Therefore, the construction enterprises for contract in risk management issues should be taken seriously. And we should strengthen the control risk studies and contract management for the economic interests of the enterprises escort. In this paper, contract risk management of project A has been studied and the research paper has a total of six chapters. First, we learned the theoretical knowledge as well as the present status of domestic and international research on contracts Construction Project Risk Management, describing the characteristics of the project management contract risk management and the role of construction projects. Then paper treats A project as a case study, highlighting introducing the project characteristics in terms of risk management, construction contracts, and a combination method of brainstorming, interviews and the Delphi method of contract risk project has been used to identify, integrate and induction risk out of contract projects. Four kinds of risk response strategies and tactics are introduced, combining with risk factors project contract, and putting forward the corresponding solutions project contract risks, which is mainly from performing reasonably avoid before signing a contract and carrying out during the contract fulfillment process. Based on the project risk management contracts in-depth analysis and research, the research of risk management contracts in this paper have a certain significance for similar domestic construction projects.
