中文摘要：	在日常工作生活中，沟通无处不在，无时不在。对于企业项目来说，做好项目管理是企业项目成功的关键，项目管理也日益受到人们的重视，越来越的学者开始对项目管理进行研究，企业中也逐渐增加项目管理在实践中的应用。而在项目管理过程中如何做好沟通工作关系着项目管理的顺利进行，沟通管理的关键在于分析并控制沟通障碍，所以对项目的沟通障碍进行研究就显得十分必要，也具有一定的理论和现实意义。项目沟通管理虽然如此重要，但是其作为一独立的管理学科在现代管理体系中出现仍然只是刚开始，直到20世纪70年代，人们才开始关注项目的沟通管理，之后人们逐渐认识到沟通管理在项目中的重要性，并进一步开始探讨项目沟通管理中的障碍分析与控制。因而本文选取了实际的工程项目——中心城区热电联网工程项目对其沟通管理过程进行分析，并重点探讨其项目沟通障碍的分析与控制。沟通是由信息发送者进行编码通过一定的媒介将信息传递给接收者并由接收者解码的过程，在这个过程中与信息产生直接接触的有信息发送者、接收者和沟通环境，因而沟通障碍的主要内容也来源于这三个方面。其中来源于发送者和接收者的沟通障碍可以归纳为主观沟通障碍，来源于沟通环境的障碍为客观沟通障碍。影响沟通障碍大小的因素又可以分为内部和外部影响因素。本文在前人已有的文献研究基础上，对中心城区热电联网工程项目中的沟通障碍进行分析，分析其影响因素并对各种沟通障碍进行控制，最终使得项目的沟通管理科学有效的进行下去，并使得工程项目取得了圆满的成功。本文的研究得出了有价值的结论，提炼了项目经验和教训，并总结了存在的不足之处，进一步的证明了项目沟通障碍分析控制对于项目沟通管理的重要性及项目沟通管理对整个项目的重要性，也为企业实现有效的项目沟通提供了一些借鉴和参考。
英文摘要：	In the daily work and life, communication is everywhere and all times there. For enterprise project, the key to the success of enterprise project is the management of project, project management is paid attention to by the people day by day, more and more scholars began to study of project management, project management in the enterprise also gradually to increase its application in practice. And how to communicate in the process of project management working relationship with the smooth progress of the project management, communication management is the key to analysis and control the communication barriers, so the study of project communication barriers is very necessary, also has a certain theoretical and practical significance. Project communication management is so important, but it as an independent management disciplines in the modern management system still is just the beginning, until the 1970 s, people began to focus on communication and management of the project, after the people gradually realized the importance of communication management in project, and further to discuss the obstacle analysis and control of project communication management. Thus this article selects the actual project-downtown thermoelectric networking project to analyze the communication management process, and discusses the analysis and control of project communication disorders. Communication is by the information sender coding through certain media pass information to the receiver and the receiver decoding process, in the process of direct contact with information the information sender and receiver and communication environment, and the main content of the communication barriers also comes from the three aspects. Which is derived from the sender and the receiver's communication disorders can be summarized as subjective communication disorders, from barriers to communication environment for objective communication disorders. Factors affecting the size of communication disorders and can be divided into internal and external influencing factors. In this paper, based on the predecessors of the existing literature research, to the city center to analyze the communication barriers thermoelectric network project, analyzes the influencing factors and to control all kinds of communication disorders, eventually making scientific and effective project communication management, and makes the project achieved full success. This paper studies the valuable conclusion, refine the project experience and lessons, and sums up the existing deficiency, further proves the project communication obstacles analysis the importance of control to the project communication management and the importance of the project communication management for the whole project, also for enterprises to realize effective project communication provides some reference and reference
