中文摘要：	全球经济一体化的迅速发展促进了企业动态联盟的产生，同时也改变了企业的竞争方式，使竞争不再是单个企业的竞争而是整个供应链的竞争。这促使传统的管理模式向供应链管理模式进行转变。供应商作为供应链管理的源头，在制造业供应链扮演着重要的角色，供应商的优劣直接影响着下游企业生产运营的整个过程。良好的供应商管理工作，在很大程度上影响着企业能否建立一支共同发展、稳定可靠的供应商队伍，是提高企业利润的源头以及提高企业产品质量的关键，同时也是企业竞争力的有利保障。如何结合公司的实际情况，建立一套科学的供应商管理体系，并运用在实际操作中已经成为了公司管理的重要课题。本文在供应链管理理论、供应商选择、供应商绩效评价以及供应商关系管理理论基础上，结合HFJ公司在供应商管理过程中的实际情况，来探讨和分析供应商管理这一重要问题。首先，通过对HFJ公司现有的采购管理现状和供应商管理现状的分析，发现HFJ公司在现行供应商选择、供应商分类、供应商绩效评价等供应商管理过程中可能存在的问题；其次，针对HFJ公司的这些供应商管理问题，在供应链管理相关理论和供应商管理相关理论的基础上，结合HFJ公司实际的采购管理和供应商管理的现状，采用科学的方法提出了HFJ公司的供应商管理改进方案。
英文摘要：	The rapid development of global economic integration has promoted the emergence of enterprise dynamic alliance, but also changed the way of competition, so that competition is no longer a single enterprise competition but the whole supplier chain competition. This made traditional management model transform to supplier chain management model. As the source of supplier chain management, the supplier plays an important role in manufacturing suppler chain. The quality of supplier affects the whole process of the production and operation of the downstream enterprises directly. Good supplier management work affect the ability of enterprises to establish a common development, stable and reliable supplier team largely. It is the source to improve corporate profits and the key to improve the quality of enterprise products, but also the favorable protection of enterprise competition. How to combine the actual situation of the company to establish a scientific supplier management system, and use in practice has become an important issue in the management of the company. Based on the theories of supply chain management, supplier selection, supplier performance evaluation and supplier relationship management, this paper discusses and analyzes the issue of supplier management in combination with the practical process of HFJ Corporation’s supplier management. First of all, through the analysis of HFJ's existing purchasing management status and supplier management status, it finds that HFJ may have problems in supplier management, such as current supplier selection, supplier classification and supplier performance evaluation. Secondly, as for HFJ Corporation’s supplier management problem, based on the theories of supplier chain management and supplier management, combined with HFJ Corporation’s practical purchasing management and supplier management, HFJ Corporation’s supplier management improved solution was put forward scientifically.
