中文摘要：	随着ERP在国内日益普及，中小企业也掀起ERP应用的新浪潮。虽然ERP在中小企业中不断应用，为不少企业解决了采购、生产、销售、资金方面的一些内部问题，但总体来讲，ERP项目应用效果往往伴随着很多问题，实施现状并不乐观，企业总体效率提高不大甚至适得其反。与此同时，BPR伴随着我国ERP应用浪潮兴起，针对ERP管理中的不足，BPR 成为企业改善管理流程，重塑竞争优势的管理主要方式。 过去的学术理论研究中，大多着重于大型企业如何实施ERP项目和如何进行业务流程再造。随着中小企业信息化投资日益增加，对于国民经济中重要组成部分的中小企业这个领域，如何在ERP应用中进行业务流程再造，是迫切需要研究的一个课题。 本文通过对中小企业ERP和BPR相关理论分析研究，探究中小企业ERP应用中的BPR实施方法和影响中小企业在ERP应用中实施BPR的成功因素，从而针对中小企业这一领域明确其ERP应用中实施BPR的问题，提高企业实施ERP的绩效。本文还结合天津W公司的具体案例对中小企业ERP应用中的BPR实施方法和成功因素进行了进一步的研究和分析，进一步阐明和支持了本文论点。
英文摘要：	With the increasing popularity of ERP in domestic, small and medium enterprises have also set off a new wave of ERP applications. ERP applications in small and medium enterprises continuously for many companies help them solving many internal problems of purchase, production, marketing, finance etc. But overall, ERP applications are accompanied by a lot of problems, the status quo of implementation is not optimistic about the overall business efficiency. At the same time, BPR become the major way, to improve management processes and reshape the competitive advantage, where ERP can’t improve more. In the past academic study, most of the focuses were on large-scale enterprise implementation of ERP applications and how to implement BPR projects. SMEs are very important for the national economy. With the IT investment costs of SMEs increasing, the academic study of SMEs for how to implement BPR project in ERP application, is an urgent need. Through ERP and BPR theory analysis of SMEs, this thesis wants to find the method how to implement BPR project in ERP application and which success factors impact the BPR project in ERP application of SMEs, this study can also help SMEs to solve BPR problems in ERP, improve the business management environment, increase competitiveness and performance. This thesis also uses an actual case of W(Tian Jin) company to show how to implement BPR project in ERP application and which success factors impact the BPR project for a further study and analysis, this actual case can also prove the study points of this thesis.
