中文摘要: 科技的发展伴随着时代的前进和经济的成长,尤其是迈入二十一世纪后,我国的主要支柱产业中已经涵盖了机械制造业,它成为推动社会经济不可或缺的动力,同时又是解决当地劳动力就业的重要途径。但随着我国经济的市场化和国际化,行业之间的竞争十分严峻,再加上政治和社会环境影响,促使市场不确定性进一步增长。企业为了生存就必须顺应市场的趋势,满足客户的需求。企业怎样以快速的响应来满足不同客户的个性化需求,是企业在竞争中处于有利地位的关键因素之一。众所周知,快速响应需要整个供应链的配合,也是供应链管理的重要部分,因此,怎样来实现快速响应从而来改善和提高竞争力也已经成为供应链的竞争和企业竞争的重要研究内容。 本文从介绍供应链管理相关方面的基础知识出发,阐述了改善缩短交货期在整个供应链管理中对物料流、信息流、库存管理、运营成本和运营风险的影响,以及对企业管理的重要性。 本文以市场广阔且竞争激烈的泵业供应链的特点作为研究基础,通过研究分析A泵业公司的供应链现状,从公司的外部活动和内部活动有层次和分步的进行研究和分析,从而发现问题和不足之处, 再利用精益生产的理念和方法进行改善和提高。例如, 通过E-Kanban来实现信息及时准确地传递给供应商,从而提高改善供应商的快速响应。再者,通过VMI实现库存的优化并且缩短原材料的供货周期。最后,通过7大浪费、VSM价值流程图来分析和改善内部制造流程从而消除浪费和不增值的活动,同时结合标准时间法和生产平衡法来找出瓶颈工序,并进行优化和改善,从而达到缩短制造周期的目的,最终实现设定的产品交货期的目标,从而增强企业的竞争力。  
英文摘要: With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the mechanical manufacturing industry has become the main industry in China, especially after entering into the 21st century, and has become a driving power to promote local economic development and solve the local labor employment problem. But along with the economic marketization and globalization, especially after China's accession to the WTO, as well as the uncertain political and social environment, the manufacturers, in order to survive, must follow the market trend and meet customer requirements. How to quickly respond to the individual customers’ requirements is a key factor to success. Quick response is known as an important part of supply chain management, which helps to improve and enhance firms’ competitiveness. This thesis will start by introducing the basic knowledge of supply chain management, and then explain the effect of shortening the delivery date and improving the material flow in the supply chain management on information flow, inventory management, operational risk, and the importance of management. Based on the supply chain of the pump industry with vast and dramatic market competition, this thesis is to discover problems through the analysis of the current situation from external and internal activities in pump company A’s supply chain, and then explore how to make an improvement. For example, E-Kanban can be used to guarantee that information will be transferred to suppliers timely and accurately, and thus improve the quick response of the supplier. Moreover, eliminating waste and non-value added activities through the VSM value process can help improve the internal manufacturing process. Further, the production balance method can be used to optimize the manufacturing cycle. At last, the lead time can be shortened to improve and enhance firms’ competitiveness.
