| 中文摘要: | 近几年来,我们经常能听到某某外企撤离大陆,或是某某中小型民营企业倒闭的消息,人力,土地等各项成本的上涨使得企业的利润空间越来越小,产能过剩也使得企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。因此,如何让企业提高自身的盈利能力,在市场竞争中处于领先地位,成为这几年企业家们不断追求的目标。 “轻资产运营”恰恰体现了企业要追求核心价值最大化的管理理念,传统的制造行业如何降低运营成本,给自身“减重”也成为越来越多供应链领域学者们研究的课题。企业家们已经更加清楚地认识到“库存管理”对于企业现金流的利用效率,利润率等各个方面的影响。 多品种小批量型的企业为了应对市场需求而存在,其存在意义既要满足客户们定制化的需求还要最大程度的利用社会资源,避免浪费,尽管这类型企业的供应链管理问题并不像大规模生产型企业有较好的控制力和影响力,但是近年来有许多学者将研究方向定义在这类型企业的管理,也是为了研究如何提高该类型企业在市场中的竞争力。 本文通过对E公司库存管理模式的研究,E公司是一家典型的多品种小批量型的机械制造企业。首先指出E公司现有库存管理模式存在的问题以及原因分析,通过对公司组织架构、绩效管理,管理流程等方面提出改善建议,建立有效的作业流程,特别是供应链管理流程及库存管理流程来提高和改善E公司现有的管理现状,最后结合现代企业供应链管理思想,提出VMI方案和联合采购策略,并希望借助E公司的案例能够对其他类似的企业提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | People are getting used to the news of foreign invested multi-national companies moving their facilities out of mainland China to a lower cost country or region; or small to medium sized Chinese local companies going out of business. The overall cost of operation as human resource, land etc. are getting higher than any time in the past while the profit margin is getting thinner; moreover, the overcapacity makes the situation even worse as competition among businesses are getting intense in manufacturing industry. Therefore, it has become the goal that entrepreneurs pursue in the past several years, everyone is focusing on how to improve the productivity and stay competitive. "Low asset operation" precisely reflected the management philosophy of core value maximization which had been adopted by traditional manufacturing industry. Operation cost reduction had become major researching field for more scholars. More entrepreneurs had realized how inventory management is critical to the efficiency of capital utilization and profit margin. In order to meet the demand from the market, companies shaped themselves to be able to provide low volume but high variety of parts or services; therefore, improve the efficiency of resource usage and the customization of the products. Given the lower controllability and influence of this type of manufacturers comparing with those on a larger scale, it is still beneficial to research how to gain the competitive advantage in the market. This paper is focus on the inventory management module analysis that company E utilizes, company E is a typical manufacturing enterprise producing multi-product line in low volume. This paper first points out the existing problems and causes of E's existing inventory management model, and puts forward proposals on how to improve the organization structure, performance management and management process of the company, then establish the effective work flow, especially the supply chain management process and inventory management process. Lastly, combining the ideas of modern enterprise supply chain management puts forward the VMI plan and the joint procurement strategy. The case of company E can be used as a reference for other similar enterprises. | |
