| 中文摘要: | 在人力资源管理当中,实现企业目标的重要管理手段之一就是激发员工的主动性。在当今的世界范围内,互联网和移动互联网等技术革命的不断深化,网络对我们所处时代的社会结构产生了深远的影响,经济和生活环境正处在前所未有的快速变化之中。与此同时,企业的管理对象也发生了变化,“90后”开始登上职场舞台,并将在不远的将来成为社会的中坚力量,这就让人力资源管理面临了新时代的挑战。近些年来,游戏化管理的理念和实践逐渐受到人们的重视,并被认为契合了互联网时代组织管理转型的基本方向。国内外的部分企业,也开始了游戏化管理的实践探索。然而,管理学界对于游戏化管理的认识和研究还非常有限。本文将对游戏化管理的基本观点进行梳理,并综合内在动机、自我决定理论、积极心理学等理论成果,对游戏化管理的理论基础进行探析,由此进一步分析游戏化在人力资源管理中的应用空间。 90后员工是社交媒体的一代,也是游戏的一代,游戏化管理对于他们来说激励作用尤其明显。本文在总结现有人力资源管理和游戏化管理的相关理论的基础上,结合对90后员工特点、工作价值观、管理现状的研究成果的研究提出在管理90后员工实践当中存在的问题并分析原因,并在一定游戏化框架下提出游戏化管理体系与效应模型,提出针对90后员工的管理优化策略。帮助企业在塑造良好的企业愿景;改善工作环境、工作条件;科学合理的设计薪酬体系;加强精神方面激励;注重教育培训,提升员工素质;注重发挥创造力和特长;改善企业内部沟通塑造良好的企业文化;进行制度创新等方面打开思路,实现对90后员工的有效激励,应对企业目前面对的复杂情景和新生代员工的双重挑战。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In human resource management, realize the goal of enterprise is one of the important management means to stimulate the initiative of employees.
