中文摘要：	中国加入了WTO组织后，跨入了新的战略机遇期，工业化、信息化、城市化和农业现代化各项事业迅速推进，国内外市场发展潜力巨大，中国经济迎来了黄金时期，实现了跨越式的发展。全球的产业分工发生了深刻变化，中国已经被视为世界上最重要的生产和加工基地，同时也是重要的市场，在经济全球化的过程中占起着相当关键的作用。在当前的现代企业发展过程中，财务的重要性是不言而喻的。财务分析主要是通过对公司财务报表，进行全面系统的分析，借此可以了解到公司的现阶段的发展情况，以及将来可能出现的问题和面对的挑战。然而随着现代公司的飞速发展和公司财务系统的进步，过去传统的财务分析已经不合时宜了。而通过现在比较先进的财务分析方法对企业的经营和财务管理进行分析可以有效地改善企业财务管理状况，来指导中国公司完善财务分析方法，以有利于以后公司的更大发展。 本文的分析实例是非常具有代表性的天津港，站在财务的视角下，即运用现代科学的财务分析方法对其进行分析和探讨。主要包括六部分内容：第一部分绪论，介绍本文的选题背景、研究意义、研究方法；第二部分相关理论基础和文献综述，包括国内外现状；第三部分是对天津港经营现状的调研情况分析，介绍了其主要位置和港口条件以及通过各类财务指标分析天津港经营状况的财务现状；第四部分基于第三部分的分析进一步对天津港进开展经营出现的问题以及成因展开分析；第五部分紧紧结合前两章分析的问题给出促进天津港经营改善的对策；第六部分是结束语。本文的研究目的是希望通过研究分析，提出一些适合天津港发展的建议和措施，希望这些建议的提出对天津港的经营的改善和发展具有价值和意义。
英文摘要：	China joined WTO, entered a new period of strategic opportunities, the rapid advance of industrialization, informatization, city and agricultural modernization undertakings, the development potential of a huge domestic market, China economy ushered in the golden age, to achieve leapfrog development. The profound changes in the global industrial division, Chinese has been regarded as the world's most important production and processing base, but also an important market in the process of economic globalization, accounting plays a key role. In the current development of modern enterprises, the importance of financial analysis is self-evident. The financial analysis is mainly based on the company's financial statements, a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the financial situation, then they can understand the development stage of the company's, and possible future problems and challenges. However, with the rapid development of the modern company and the progress of the company's financial system, the traditional financial analysis has been out of place. The management of enterprise financial management and financial analysis methods by now more advanced analysis can effectively promote the financial management of enterprises, to guide the Chinese company to improve the financial analysis methods, in order to have more conducive to the development of the company after. The analysis of this article is very representative of the Tianjin port, that is, the use of modern scientific methods of financial analysis of its analysis and discussion. Mainly includes six parts: the first part is introduction, research background, research significance, research methods are introduced in this paper; some relevant theoretical basis and literature review second, including the status quo at home and abroad; the third part is the analysis on the investigation of Tianjin port management situation, introduces its main location and port condition and financial situation through various financial indicators analysis of Tianjin port operating conditions; the fourth part of the analysis of the third part of the port of Tianjin to carry out business further into the problems and causes analysis based on fifth parts; the first two chapters are closely combined with the problem analysis of the countermeasures to promote Tianjin port management and improvement; the sixth part is the conclusion and outlook section. The purpose of this paper is to put forward some suggestions and measures for the development of Tianjin port through the research and analysis, and hope that these suggestions have value and significance to the improvement and development of the operation of Tianjin port.
