| 中文摘要: | 近年我国经济形势依旧严峻,短期预计能够完成GDP增长目标,但从中长期来看经济形势成“L”型走势已达成共识,未来经济有可能保持平稳或成逐步下跌趋势,整体经济疲弱,风险不断聚集。从金融行业来看,金融创新不断涌现、同业竞争压力不断加大、金融监管不断加强、社会融资模式和市场竞争格局正发生深刻变化。金融交易出现了线上交易形式,这种利用互联网进行金融活动的新模式打破了传统金融业的限制。通过大数据分析及过往合作记录可以使得在传统金融体系下无法获得银行贷款的中小企业轻松获批与经营环节相对应的银行授信。 平安银行是由深圳发展银行改革发展而来,以深圳发展银行原有的线下金融供应链为依托,平安银行在2012年开展线上供应链发展金融服务,并且经过几年的努力,建立了“橙e网”金融服务平台。平安银行有着丰富的实践经验,并始终作为行业标杆企业引领着金融业在线上供应链金融方向的发展,从一定角度来看,平安银行线上供应链服务的发展情况代表着我国近几年线上供应链的发展情况,是国内的典型例子。所以,平安银行的线上金融服务发展战略作为典型代表,具有很大的研究价值。TJ分行作为我国直辖市之一,又是环渤海地区的经济中心,并且在京津冀一体化协同发展的大环境中定位为一个基地三个区,分别为全国先进制造研发基地和国际航运核心区、金融创新示范区、改革开放先行区。也正是由于TJ分行的这一战略发展特点,笔者才将TJ分行设为研究对象,通过了解TJ分行的线上供应链金融概况了解线上金融服务的发展情况。 本文以企业战略管理理论和商业银行发展理论为基础,结合平安银行线上供应链金融发展历程以及现阶段面临的问题,分析如今线上供应链金融的发展环境和未来形势,再通过平安银行TJ分行的发展战略,总结了平安TJ分行线上供应链金融发展瓶颈及战略保障措施,结论与展望,希望能够对平安银行的线上供应链金融业务的发展起到一定的作用。图11个,参考文献37个。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, China's economic is continuing in a serious situation, although short-term GDP growth target is expected to be completed, the long-term economic falling into an "L" type movements has reached a consensus, the future economy is likely to keep steady or into a gradual downward trend, the overall economic becomes weaker, the system risk is rising. From the perspective of financial industry, financial innovation is springing up, competition pressure is increasing, financial supervision is getting improved, social financing mode and market competition pattern is undergoing profound changes. A new form of financial transaction called online mode appears, which break the traditional financial restrictions by using of the Internet to carry out a new model of financial activities. Big Data Analytics and past trading records can help Small and medium-sized enterprises which cannot get bank loans in the traditional financial system easily take out loans. Ping An Bank which is established on the base of Shenzhen Development Bank, began to use the online supply chain development of financial services in 2012, depending on the original online supply chain finance of Shenzhen development bank, and has established “the orange e network financial service platform”. Ping An Bank has a wealth of practical experience, and is leading the finance online supply chain finance development direction as a leading industry benchmark enterprise. From a certain point of view, the development of Ping An Bank financial supply chain services represents the development of the financial supply the chain of whole country in recent years. Therefore Ping An Bank's online financial services development strategy as a typical representative, is worthy studying. TJ branch as one of China's municipalities directly under the central government locating on the economic center of the Bohai rim, plays the roles of the national advanced manufacturing research and development base, international shipping core area, financial innovation demonstration area and advance the reform and opening area. Because of above characteristics, the author sets TJ branch as the research object, through analyzing TJ branch’s online supply chain summarizes the development of online financial services. This paper is based on the theory of enterprise strategic management theory and commercial Banks development theory, combined with development history of Ping An Bank Online supply chain finance and facing problems of the present stage, analysis the development environment of online supply chain finance and the situation in the future, through the development strategy of Ping An Bank TJ branch, summarizes online supply chain finance development bottleneck , strategic safeguard measures, conclusion and prospect.
