中文摘要: | 随着改革开放和经济持续快速发展,我国产生了规模庞大的富裕客户群体,这一群体的出现给我国商业银行提供了新的业务发展机会。于是,我国商业银行相继推出了类似准私人银行业务性质的专为富有人群设计的理财业务,但在其不断的发展过程中,基本的理财业务越来越难以满足高端富裕人士的个性化金融需求,于是,私人银行业务便在我国出现,由于其门槛高、产品丰富、高盈利等特点现已成为各家商业银行竞争的焦点。私人银行业务是指商业银行面向社会富裕人士提供的以财富管理为核心的专业化一揽子金融服务。在国外,私人银行业务已有百年的发展历史,并且已经形成一系列成熟、完善的产品和服务体系,而在我国则处于起步阶段。对我国私人银行业务发展而言,会面临诸多因素和问题:如金融政策、法律法规、市场营销、客户、人才等,但就其发展初期,在我国金融体系和法律制度等客观条件下,只有明确市场定位、加强客户关系管理以及专业人才的培养才是私人银行业务发展的基础和关键。 本文在总结了国外私人银行业务发展历史、现状和新趋势以及先进经验和启示的基础上,对我国私人银行业务发展现状和特征进行了研究,并通过国内外私人银行业务发展的差异化比较,提出了我国私人银行业务发展面临的问题,并对这些问题进行了较深入、较系统地分析,同时以私人银行业务、市场定位和客户关系管理理论为指导,提出了我国私人银行业务发展策略,涉及市场定位、客户关系管理、专业人才和风险防范等几个方面。最后,本文以中国建设银行私人银行业务发展为案例进行了较为深入地分析,并来印证这一策略的可行性。 通过本文的分析和研究,希望能够解决我国私人银行业务发展过程中存在的问题,从而加强其市场竞争能力和提升客户关系管理。也希望本文的研究对我国私人银行业务发展有一定的借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | China's reform and opening up policy, together with the fast pace of economic development has substantially increased the number of high net-value wealth holders. The existence of high net-value wealth holders provides new opportunities for commercial banks, and consequently quasi-private bank service debuted. Nevertheless, the ongoing developing needs cannot be satisfied by basic personal financial service. Private banking business, characterized as high threshold, rich products and high-profit has become the focus of competition in recent years. Private banking business provides comprehensive wealth management services specialized for high net-value wealth holders. Since last century, mature system and sound products have come to their formation in some foreign countries. Notwithstanding its history abroad, Chinese private banking business is still in its beginning process. There are a series of issues should be settled, such as the financial policies, laws and regulations, marketing, customers, human resources, and etc. Taking accounts China's financial and legal system, market positioning, customer relationship management and personnel training are essential for future development. This article illustrates the development of the private banking business abroad, briefly concerns its history, current situation and trends as well as the advanced experience, and later on dwells upon development and characteristics of domestic private banking business. On the base of comparison between the development of the private banking business abroad and domestically, this article raise the problem of domestic private banking business faced with and then deep analysis of this problem. The strategy of private banking business is studied as a whole compared with international private banking business. It includes market positioning, customer relationship management, human resources and risk control. In the last part of the article, the feasibility of this strategy was proved through analyzing cases of China Construction Bank. Through analyzing and studying private banking business, this article is written to solve the existing problems, so as to enhance its market competitiveness and customer relationship management. This article is also written to provide some suggestions for the development of domestic private banking business. | |
