中文摘要：	项目成本管理是项目导向型企业在生产经营活动中所开展的各项成本核算、分析和控制等一系列科学管理行为的总称,通过开展成本管理可以降低企业成本、增加企业利润,因此成本管理的好坏是衡量一个企业整体经营管理水平的重要标志。随着整体市场经济的转型、劳动力成本的不断上升、新工艺的快速发展,建筑施工企业的利润正逐步被压缩。对于建筑施工企业来说,做好施工项目成本管理是提高企业经济效益、增强企业竞争力的必要途径。 本文在项目成本管理相关文献梳理的基础上，以建筑施工项目的成本管理为研究对象，探究了建筑施工项目成本管理的独特性和主要问题，并针对其关键点建立了建筑施工项目成本管理的框架模型。论文从整体策划、动态控制、专项策划与责任落实等方面分析和阐述了建筑施工项目成本管理的关键点。论文最后以天津雅湖里建筑施工项目成本管理为案例，进行证实。论文综合运用项目成本管理理论等学科的知识，运用理论与实践相结合、定性与定量相结合、比较和个案相结合的研究方法,紧密结合当前建筑施工企业的发展实际,研究建筑施工项目成本管理的特点，分析项目成本管理实践中存在的问题，从建筑施工项目成本管理的关键点入手，提出了解决问题的具体方法与措施。论文把项目成本管理的基本理论运用到建筑施工项目的成本管理中，具有一定的应用创新价值。论文通过归纳和总结项目成本管理的问题和关键点，构建了建筑施工项目成本管理的框架模型，重点阐述了建筑施工项目成本管理的四个关键点。论文研究对建筑施工企业实施项目成本管理具有一定的指导作用。论文中雅湖里项目案例的成本分析、论证和控制方法，对同类施工项目的成本管理具有一定的借鉴意义，为相关企业的施工项目成本管理提供了一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：	Cost management is the floorboard of the development of production and business activities of enterprises in the cost accounting, analysis, decision-making and control a series of scientific management, through to carry out cost management can reduce the enterprise cost, increase the profit of the enterprises, so the quality cost management is an important symbol to measure a enterprise's whole management level. With the transformation of the whole market economy, rising labor costs, the domestic capital market share decreased, the profits of construction companies are gradually being compressed. For construction enterprises, construction project cost management is a necessary way to improve the construction of the economic efficiency of enterprises, help enterprises to obtain competitive advantage, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and anti pressure. This thesis takes Tianjin Ya Lake construction project cost management as the research background, combining with the knowledge of construction economics, project management, cost control theory and other disciplines; a combination of research methods, theoretical and empirical qualitative and quantitative, comparative and case combination, combining the actual situation of our country's construction the enterprise, analyzes the present situation of Tianjin lake, the construction project cost management; Based on the lean cost management thinking of the optimization of the implementation of countermeasures, in order to promote the construction project in Tianjin Ya Lake construction project cost management level provides a theoretical method. In this paper, the construction enterprise construction project lean cost management mode of operation and implementation strategies, validated achieved certain effect, the Tianjin Ya lake and industry scientific and effective construction project cost management, promote its sustainable development and industry transformation and upgrading to provide a reference。
