中文摘要：	人类文明史进入工业化时代以来，与人们生活息息相关的衣、食、住、行状况得到了前所未有的改变，然而在人们生活得到了极大便利的同时，也带了很大的环境问题，雾霾、沙尘暴、洪涝、泥石流等一些列灾害全球频发，环境问题已经成为全球可持续发展面临的重大难题。 受工业革命的影响，我国的工业发展水平逐步提升，也因此使得我国的经济生活环境发生了翻天覆地的变化，主要体现在人民物质生活水平提升，文化生活元素丰富和交通出行便利度提高三个方面，而在工业革命给我国带来发展的同时，也为自然环境破坏因子的产生孕育了苗床。所以如何在发展经济和保护环境之间进行平衡成了国家广泛关注的问题，就在国家经济迅猛发展的同时，国家科学院提出了可持续发展战略，其中就包含了实现生态退化零增长的环境保护目标，这从一定程度上预示着国家对环境问题的重视度。近年来，国家出台了一系列环境保护政策，推动了我国生态环境保护工作的进程，其中最显著的一个标志就是政府越来越重视区域园林绿化的建设工作，在区域开发建设的规划阶段，绿化用地的规划已成为每个城区不可或缺的元素，也因此使得城市内的绿地建设工作如火如荼的开展。 本文以实体绿化项目为研究对象，首先对选题和其研究意义进行了说明，然后对文章的研究内容、方法和架构以及国内外研究情况进行了介绍。随后，根据文中研究过程所用到的园林规划设计理论、园林工程管理理论、项目风险管理理论进行了综述。然后，本文结合蓝鲸岛绿化工程项目实际，对项目的实施特点进行了分析。最后，对蓝鲸岛绿化工程项目实施过程中可能存在的风险进行分类识别，并对其进行了评估；按照评估后的结果，针对不同的项目风险，分析出了相应的风险应对措施。本文的最后对蓝鲸岛绿化工程项目的风险管理研究结果进行了综合分析，并得出了蓝鲸岛绿化工程风险管理研究的相关结论。
英文摘要：	Since the history of human civilization has entered the era of industrialization, it has been an unprecedented change in clothing, food, housing and transportation, which are closely related to people's life, But at the same time, serious environment problems came with the great convenient of people's living,developed by industrial revolution,such as haze, dust storms, floods, landslides and so on, happened frequently around the world, so the environment problem has become a serious problem of global sustainable development. Influenced by the industrial revolution, China's industrial development level has gradually increased, so that China's economic life has changed a lot, Mainly reflected in three aspects which improving people's living level, rich cultural life elements and improve the travel convenience. and at the same time, with the industrial revolution bring development to our country, also gave birth to destroy the natural environment factor seedbed production. So how to coordinate natural conservation with economic development become a national wide concern, With the rapid development of the national economy , the National Academy of Sciences put forward the strategy of sustainable development, include implementation of a target that protect ecological degradation of zero growth, which indicates the importance of environmental problems. In recent years, the country has issued a series of environmental protection policies, which promoted the ecological environmental protection work of China, one of the most remarkable sign is that the government pay more attention to the regional landscape construction work, At the planning stages of regional development ,the green land planning has become an indispensable element of cities. So the green space construction work carried out like a raging fire in many cities. In this thesis, a real Greening project is studied as objects, First of all,the topics selection and the significance of the research are described, and then, the article research architecture, methods and content, as well as domestic and foreign research situation were introduced. Subsequently, according to the theory about landscape planning and design, landscape engineering management, project risk management, which is used in the research of this paper. Then, the implementation of the characteristics of the project are analyzed based on the Blue Whale Island green project. Finally, the possible risks in the project was classified, and carried on the evaluation;According to the evaluation result and the different project risks, the thesis carry out the corresponding measures to deal with the risks. At the end of the Research,the results of the research were analyzed, and according to the results, the conclusion of the project risk management come into being.
