中文摘要：	近年来，随着电子商务技术的不断提高，在线交易量迅速增加，同时，产品的退货量也大幅度上升。退货问题不仅给企业带来了巨大的损失，而且还关系到顾客对电子商务企业的信任，如果处理不好将会影响企业的发展。在日益激烈的竞争中，退货问题必将受到更多的关注。在保证产品和服务质量的同时，在线商家应该采取各种措施来降低退货成本。显然，退货问题给企业的库存控制带来了巨大的影响，如何进行退货物流下的库存控制是目前企业面临的当务之急。 本文首先分析了网上零售企业和网络直销企业的退货物流管理流程，为第三章和第四章的研究做好了铺垫；接着，重点研究了考虑退货价对需求的影响和不考虑退货价对需求的影响两种情况下的网上零售企业含有自治复原退货物流的单周期库存问题，并给出了相应的数值算例；最后，采用定期库存策略研究了生产周期和再制造周期相同和不同两种情况下的直销制造企业含有管理复原退货物流的库存问题，同时给出了相应的数值算例。 在目前的文献中，有关逆向物流下的库存控制模型都没有考虑退货价对需求的影响，没有将退货价的制订问题和库存问题同时进行研究，因此，本文在研究退货物流下的库存控制问题时，考虑了退货价对需求的影响，并建立了相应的数学模型，分析了模型的求解方法。本文所研究的退货物流下考虑退货价对需求影响的网上销售企业的库存控制模型不仅丰富了含有逆向物流的库存控制理论，而且对企业逆向物流战略下的库存控制策略和退货政策的制订具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。
英文摘要：	Recently, with the improvement of e-commerce technology, online trading volume has increased rapidly and the returns have also increased significantly. Returns not only cause a great loss, but are concerned with the confidence of customers on e-commerce enterprises. If mishandled, they will affect the development of enterprises. In the increasingly fierce competition, they are bound to get more concern. On the condition of ensuring the quality of their products and services, online businesses should take various measures to reduce the cost of returns. Apparently, the returns also bring about a tremendous impact on business’s inventory control. Under return logistics, how to control inventory system is the most urgent task, being faced by most online enterprises. This paper firstly analyses return logistics management processes for online marketing enterprises, making preparation for the next two chapters. Then, this paper focuses on the single-cycle inventory problem faced by the online retailing enterprises with autonomous-recovery return logistics. Finally, this paper studies the inventory control problems met by direct selling manufacturing enterprises with the managed-recovery logistics, by using regular inventory control strategy. All of current inventory models in Reverse Logistics have not considered the influence of return price to demand and have not simultaneously considered the problems of return price and inventory control. Along with examining inventory control problems in the return logistics, this paper has taken the influence of return price to demand into consideration. The inventory models considered by this paper will enrich inventory theory with reverse logistics, and also provide a good reference for the formulation of inventory control and return polices for e-commerce enterprises under reverse logistics strategy.
