中文摘要: | 近年来,中国经济呈现“新常态”,受增速换挡期、转型升级期、前期刺激政策消化期“三期叠加”的影响,国内经济下行压力较大,建筑行业整体产能过剩,行业竞争不断加剧;港航疏浚等市场需求萎缩,房地产市场进入深度调整,地方政府融资渠道受限,中交一航局第一工程有限公司发展面临诸多可以预见和难以预见的风险和挑战。本论文站在发展的角度,对该公司所处的宏观环境和水工工程产业环境进行了分析,介绍了其战略管理发展现状,发现其中存在的不足和挑战,得出目前其自身发展的优势和劣势,然后从指导思想和原则、目标市场地位、竞争优势分析等几方面来规范阐述该公司的竞争战略选择。同时,运用战略分组、五力模型、价值链和驱动因素等战略管理分析方法对该公司的竞争战略进行了剖析,论证了其采取差异化竞争战略的充分性和必要性,并从一公司的价值链(活动整体结构)构建、组织结构和管理模式变革以及资源管理与分配、人员与后勤保障、企业文化塑造等资源能力方面来分析一公司形成竞争战略完整内容的系统措施。本论文通过调查和理论应用分析相结合的研究,将中交一航局一公司的竞争战略进行了一次系统梳理,希望能够对企业的战略发展提供一定的借鉴。 | |
英文摘要: | In recent years, China's economy presents the "new normal", for the impact of the "three phase superposition": turn growth season, phase transformation and upgrading, stimulus digestion phase, the influence of the domestic economy downward pressure is bigger, overall construction industry is overcapacity, the competition in the industry is increasing constantly; With harbor dredging market demand atrophying , real estate market into the depth adjustment, local government financing channels limited, the development of CCCC First Engineering Co. Ltd. faces many risks and challenges that can be foreseen and unforeseen. Standing in the angle of development, the macro environment, hydraulic engineering project competitive environment, group strategy and business strategy of the enterprise are analyzed,founding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; while the company's competition strategic choice are described from the guiding ideology and principle, target market position and competitive advantage analysis etc. After that, the company's competitive strategy is analyzed by using of strategic groups, five forces model, value chain and driving factors of the strategic management analysis method. This dissertation demonstrates the necessity and sufficiency of the strategy of differentiation competition and expounds the safeguard measures for the implementation of a company's complete system of competitive strategy, from the activity overall structure, the organizational structure, resource management, personnel and logistics support, enterprise culture, etc. Through the investigation and theoretical analysis of the application of the combination of research in this dissertation, the competitive strategy of the CCCC First Engineering Co. Ltd. is systematically reviewed. I hope that it will provide some reference for the strategic development of the enterprise. | |
