| 中文摘要: | 供应链管理(Supply Chain Management)被认为是企业资源管理的先进管理模式,早被许多知名企业采用和借鉴,并为企业带来了丰厚的企业效益和社会收益。越来越多的公司开始使用供应链管理的理论和方法,通过他们的试用也发现:只有找到适用于自己公司管理需求的方法和理念,才能更好的服务于公司,公司才能更好的健康发展。 基于以上所述及见解,本文章着重研究了在供应链管理方式下,FLSmidth Pfister 公司借用供应链模式下的企业资源管理的思路和可行性分析与探讨。论文首先介绍了制造业管理模式的演变过程以及供应链管理方式在我国被广泛借鉴的意义,并为本文构建总体的研究思路和框架,通过介绍供应链生产管理的理论基础,通过进一步分析供应链的四大驱动因素,以FLSmidth Pfister为研究样本,找到Pfister在日常生产过程中急需解决的问题。找到公司主要存在的问题库存与生产计划的协调与平衡,论述了面对市场竞争压力越来越大及交货周期越来越短的形势下,为使企业在市场上赢的一席之地,选择企业开展供应链管理模式作为企业的战略决策是一明智决策,通过模型计算,其次,结合公司的实际业务流程及模型数据的运算和对比分析,只有在库存与生产计划的关系中找到最佳平衡点,利用Pfister公司自己的财务报表数据来真实的模拟生产计划和库存的解决方案、并对不适用的部分进行验证和修正。 针对公司目前面对交货周期短、竞争激烈的情况下,通过本文的研究分析,相信能为Pfister公司今后的发展壮大找到更适合公司管理需求的方法和理论。 同时也为类似企业的管理提供可借鉴的经验与实际指导。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Supply Chain Management (SCM) is considered as an advanced management tool for enterprise resource. And used and studied by lots of well-known enterprises, and these companies gain social benefits and social reputation. Recently, more and more company adopted SCM as management solution, and realized: to choose cutting edge & scientific enterprise management solutions is mandatory for company healthy development. Based on above explanation, this paper mainly focuses on FLSmidth Pfister how to make use of enterprise resource management tool under SCM environment. Firstly, to introduce the history of manufacturing entity and the importance of SCM in China, several theory of production planning were introduced, and so set up the whole draft and layout of this paper. Furthermore, to analyze four driving factors by explain the theory of SCM, take example of FLSmidth Pfister, try to find out practical issues during daily operation. The main problem is the balance between inventory and production planning, under pressure of marketing competence and short delivery time, to win marketing share, optimization for SCM model is first priority. Secondly, to set up formula and select data from Pfister annual financial report. Then, optimize production planning and inventory management. Last but not least, regarding inventory management, calculation based on data of Pfister financial report, to compare the 3 type of products inventory result, summarize solutions on how to control inventory during different period, and what measurements should be taken to control inventory. Finally, through these analysis, find idea and solution for Pfister future development, especially under the pressure of short delivery time, to meet customer urgent requirement, and that, to improve efficiency, saving cost, improve net working capital, to share more marketing. Further to win leadership position in future marketing. I also believe similar middle seized company can refer to these experiences. | |
