中文摘要：	资金的正常运转是企业生产经营的必要前提，物流是企业生产经营过程中密不可分的一部分，合理、高效、节约的物流规划是企业健康成长的保障。企业以其拥有的银行等金融机构认可的动产作为担保是一种常见的融资渠道，而这些动产又处于物流环节，于是，物流与金融有机地结合起来，形成了物流金融业务，并成为独立于现代物流之外的新型物流业务。物流金融能有效盘活中小企业的动产资源，有效解决企业的融资困境，此外，还打开了第三方物流企业和金融机构的业务渠道，开拓广阔的市场，提升第三方物流企业的服务能力及经营利润，实现了银行、物流公司、工商企业的三方共赢。本文从第三方物流企业角度出发，研究了Z物流公司的不同时期物流金融业务模式的演变。首先，梳理了国内外物流金融的研究情况，紧接着分析了物流金融常见的几种常见业务模式，然后以Z物流公司为对象，对其不同阶段物流金融业务模式及演进原因进行了详细研究。本文立足于对物流金融的理解，分别从理论与现实两个层面上研究分析了物流金融的常见业务模式，Z物流公司物流金融业务模式的演进动因，对我国第三方物流企业物流金融业务的发展及风险防控提供了一定的启发和参考。

The logistics finance can effectively activate resources for small and medium-sized enterprises of movables, Effectively solve the financing difficulties of enterprises, In addition, also opened the third party logistics companies and financial institutions business channels, Expand the broad market, Enhance the service capacity and operating profit of the third party logistics enterprises, For Banks, logistics companies, industry and commerce enterprise tripartite win-win situation. In this paper, from the perspective of the third party logistics enterprises, the paper studies the evolution of the logistics financial business model of Z logistics company in different periods. Firstly, the paper combs the domestic and international logistics finance research. Secondly, the paper analyzes the several common common logistics financial business model. Finally, Z logistics company as the object, the evolution of different stages of the logistics financial business models and makes a detailed study. Based on the understanding of the logistics financial, respectively from two aspects: theoretical and practical research and analysis on the common business model of logistics finance, Z the evolution of logistics company logistics financial business model, to our country third party logistics enterprise logistics financial business development and risk prevention and control of some inspiration and reference.
