中文摘要:制药行业是一个涉及人民身体健康、社会稳定和经济发展的重要行业。在当今经济全球化程度日渐增强的环境下,制药行业也像其它行业一样面临着竞争加剧、成本上升、行业监管力度加大等压力。库存管理是制造型企业供应链管理中的关键的一部分,是影响企业运营成本的重要因素。越来越多企业将优化库存管理作为提升企业实力,赢得优越绩效的重要战略方向。 K公司是一家跨国的医药及医疗器械制造企业,多年来一直是世界糖尿病和其药物开发领域的领先企业。TJ制药生产企业是K公司在中国建立的国际化战略生产基地。 本文以K公司TJ制药生产企业作为研究对象,结合它独特的公司背景及行业特征,再结合理论方面的知识,对其现行的库存管理模式及库存现状进行分析,发现企业中库存管理模式中存在的问题,并且针对问题进行一一分析,找出问题产生的原因以及症结所在,提出了两大TJ企业库存管理的优化目标,库存数量管理的优化及库存质量管理的优化。再根据供应链的库存管理思想,提出了几点适合企业的改进方案。在库存数量优化方面,从对需求的不确定性控制及生产计划的流程进行优化。在库存质量管理优化方面,着眼于库存数据的准确性、呆滞物料监控及供应商的管理。两个目标结合起来,以实现TJ制药生产企业的库存管理的优化。 
英文摘要:The pharmaceutical industry is a very important industry, which relates to people health, social stability and economic development. With the growing economic globalization, along with the other industries, the pharmaceutical industry is also facing a great pressure from increased competition, rising costs and increasing supervision from authority. Inventory management plays an important role in supply chain management for manufacturing company, and acts as a very important indicator to show how the company runs. To optimize inventory management as well as to lower operational cost has become a very important strategic choice for the company to raise competitive power and to achieve outstanding performance. K is a transnational pharmaceutical and medical devices manufacturing company, and has been a leading company of the world for treating diabetes for many years. TJ pharmaceutical manufacturing corporation is a strategic manufacturing base which K company built in China. This article takes TJ pharmaceutical manufacturing corporation as the research object, with its company and industry background and related theoretical knowledge, by analyzing its current inventory management model and situation to find out the problem that exists in TJ’s inventory management. Then the article brings up two main optimization goals: inventory quantity optimization and quality improvement of inventory. And then under the guidance of the modern supply chain management concept, this article by analyzing the cause for the problems to bring up several improvement plans in order to optimize the inventory management for TJ corporation, such as to improve the management of demand, the ways of production planning, the accuracy of inventory data, the monitoring of E&O, and the management of supplier.
