| 中文摘要： | 随着我国经济建设的快速发展，我国钢铁产业也进入了高速发展期，作为我国钢铁流通业中的主要群体—钢铁加工配送企业由于其得天独厚的优势，正在飞速发展。“专业化、正规化、国际化”已经成为越来越多的钢铁加工配送物流企业追求的目标，而信息化作为企业正规发展的重要手段已经越来越受到企业重视。但是由于多数加工配送企业的前身为钢铁贸易企业，而且民营企业居多，缺乏良好的管理经验和信息化实践经验，造成了钢铁加工配送企业的信息化过程中面临了严重的问题。很多企业花巨资采用国外如SAP R/3等基于生产厂家的大型ERP软件，造成了大量浪费。或者自己尝试，由于缺乏技术和经验，实施失败的的案例比比皆是，对企业的正常发展十分不利。如何能解决钢铁加工配送企业的信息化的难点问题，帮助钢铁加工配送企业快速成长，建立一套能快速响应，满足企业客户要求的信息化系统，成为了目前研究的主要课题。 本文首先在绪论部分指明了研究的目的和意义并对国内外的研究现状进行了总结，然后对价值链的相关理论和ERP中的相关理论进行了回顾。在随后的讨论中作者运用价值链理论，深入分析了钢铁加工配送企业面临的主要问题，随后本文以钢铁加工配送的典型企业唐山佳源集团公司为例对信息化在钢铁加工配送企业应用中的主要应该解决的问题进行了分析和陈述，在此基础之上对系统的总体功能进行了规划和流程再造，在随后的研究中，作者在采购控制和库存生产等方面列出了自己的长期研究结果，这些解决方案对实际应用非常有效果。最后文章对信息化的应用方式进行了总结。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Along with the increased economic growth in China, the steel industry enters into a high-speed development period. The company of steel processing and distributing, as the main groups of steel logistics industry, is growing rapidly with the great advantage. Specialization, Internationalization and regularization, have been treated as the objective of those steel processing and distributing companies. Likewise, Informationization has been played more and more important role in organization management. However, many processing and distributing companies come from steel trade company, and most of them are private enterprises, which are short of management and infomationization practical experience. Because of these, the steel processing and distributing companies are faced with many serious problems during their informationization process. Meanwhile, it has been found that many failed cases caused by using expensive foreign software for ERP system or develop own management system in this industry. How to solve the main problem of these companies during their infomationization process, and help them develop healthily will be the major objective of this paper. First of all, this article specifies the objective of the research in the part of introduction, the author summarizes the profile of study via the domestic and international studies, it also reviews theories related to the Value chain and ERP system. Secondly, the author analyzes the main problem in the processing and distributing companies by studying the case of Tangshan Jiayuan Trading Co., this article focus on the main problems need to be solved in the companies of steel processing and distributing. Practically, the author provides a plan for main system function and redesigns the process. Moreover, the author lists the long-term results at the side of procurement control and inventory production, which are especially effective at practical application. At last, it summarizes the application methods in infomationization, and provides the conclusions. | |
