英文摘要:The research topic of the thesis is the project risk management research of IT solution supplier Smartsct delivering IT solution project. The selected case project is software assets management solution delivery project which was delivered by Smartsct company with the help of IBM sales and technical support team. Firstly, the thesis introduces the research background, problems, research purpose, meaning, methods and thesis framework. Secondly, the thesis introduces the relevant management theories. it analyzes the differences in risk management concepts and management principles of ISO, PMI and OGC. It also introduces concepts and theories related to IT solution delivery projects. Thirdly, it introduces the basic situation of the project, including project background and customer information, project organization structure, roles and responsibilities, project management process stages, project risk management, risks and response identified in advance, occurred risks, direct causes and risk impacts. Fourthly, the risk management problems of the project are studied, the risk management problems are identified from three aspects: the risk management problems of missing risk exposure, the consistency problems of risk management standards and risk management problems of organizational dimension. It analyzes and researches the risk management problems, including management problem analysis and solution methods, management problem main organizational causes and risk perception deviation research. Fifthly, the theories and practical experience are put forward to improve the risk management of Smartsct's IT solution project, which include: the improvement of the identified project risk management, the improvement of the implementation of the supporting management areas and the expected positive and negative returns. Finally, the thesis summarizes and prospects.
