中文摘要：	摘要 随着我国市场经济的发展，小微企业的地位越来越重要。然而，小微企业在其成长的过程中，并非都是一帆风顺的。从企业的生命周期来看，每个企业都要经历培育期到成长期的过程，在这个过程中，都不可避免的遇到发展瓶颈，面对各种各样的问题，广大小微企业亟待内部或外部的力量帮助解决。 青岛融商信息技术有限公司是一家民营小微企业，从创立到逐步发展成为十几个人的小微企业，成为青岛本地几家金融机构的固定服务商，在金融行业具有一定的竞争力，有机会也有威胁。随着企业的发展，青岛融商同样临着成长瓶颈，遇到了成长中的问题。本文通过分析青岛融商公司在发展中遇到的问题和问题形成原因，按照发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的步骤，运用波特五力分析模型、SWOT分析模型的分析方法，对青岛融商进行研究，找出青岛融商的主要竞争力、优势、劣势、机会和威胁。通过分析结果，研究公司的短期、长期转型策略，制定出转型方案，用于指导公司短期和长期的工作。 作为一家典型的小微企业，青岛融商遇到的问题具有很大的普遍性，通过对青岛融商转型策略的研究，可以找出一般性的方法，为广大小微企业面对发展瓶颈，解决成长中的问题。小微企业面对成长问题，应该首先找出问题，分析问题形成原因，运用科学的方法和手段，分析所在企业核心竞争力、优势、劣势以及在内外部环境下的机会和风险，研究解决问题的转型策略，制定转型方案，有效地执行方案，并在执行中不断调整方案，相信大多数小微企业可以克服问题，突破瓶颈，取得成功。
英文摘要：	Abstract Small and micro enterprises play a more and more important role in the development of our country's economy. However, in the growth process, small and micro enterprises are not all smooth sailing, they often encounter development bottleneck and face difficulties in business. According to the enterprise life cycle, each enterprise must cultivate experience period to the growth stage of the process, in this process, they will inevitably encounter the bottleneck, face all sorts of problems, the majority of Small and micro businesses to internal or external power to help solve. Qingdao Rongshang Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a private small and micro businesses. As a small and micro enterprises of the scale of 10 people, Rongshang is several local financial institutions in Qingdao. With the development of enterprises, Rongshang is also facing the growth of the bottleneck and the matters of growth. In this thesis, through the analysis of the reasons for the matters of Rongshang,using Potter Porter Model, SWOT analysis model,th main competitiveness, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats will be found out.Through the analysis of the results, the short-term and long-term transformation strategy for the company will be found, to develop a transformation program and be used to guide the company's short-term and long-term work. As a typical Small and micro businesses, the troubles for Rongshang are very general. Through the research on Rongshang transformation strategy, a general method can be found to face the growth bottleneck and solve the matters for most of Small and micro businesses. Facing a growing matter, small and micro businesses should first identify the problem, then analyze the cause of the matter,using scientific methods and means, analysis of the core competitiveness of enterprises, the advantages and disadvantages as well as the internal and external environment of opportunities and risks, research on the transformation strategy to solve the problem, formulate the restructuring plan, effective implementation of the program, and in the implementation of we believe that most of the adjustment scheme, Small and micro businesses can overcome the problem, break the bottleneck of success.
