| 中文摘要: | 随着全球经济增速放缓和制造业的持续低迷,制造型企业面临着越来越严峻的挑战。很多制造型企业由于订单持续减少和制造成本的居高不下而在残酷的市场竞争中被淘汰。BTC公司作为一家航空制造型企业也同样受到了前所未有的压力和挑战。为了能够实现公司长期稳定的发展和利润的可持续增长,BTC公司必须对现有的生产运营体系进行全面改革, 即通过引入推行精益生产来消除浪费、降低生产成本以提高生产运营的总体绩效,并最终实现公司利润的增长及产品竞争力提升。 本文通过回顾精益生产理论以及发展史,研究了企业实施精益生产的相关策略,在结合BTC公司生产运营现状的基础上研究制定了精益生产在BTC公司导入、推行、绩效评估及完善的基本方案。首先本文重点研究了精益生产在BTC公司导入的基本步骤和策略,其次针对BTC生产运营体系在生产方式、生产流程、质量管理和设备管理方面存在的诸多不足,提出了通过实施拉动式生产、单元化布局和IE标准化作业对生产方式和流程进行优化的方案,以及通过推行全面质量管理以及TPM活动以提高产品质量和设备综合利用率的策略.最后对建立精益生产绩效评价系统和完善策略进行了进一步研究,对精益生产能够在BTC公司成功实施提供了进一步保障和完善。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the global economic slowdown and manufacturing downturn, manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly serious challenges. Many manufacturing enterprises as a result of the continuous reduction of orders and manufacturing costs remain high in the brutal competition in the market were eliminated. BTC as an aviation manufacturing enterprises are also subject to unprecedented pressure and challenges. In order to achieve the company's long-term stable development and sustainable growth of profits, BTC must reform its existing production and operation system by introducing lean production to eliminate waste, reduce production costs to improve the overall performance of production operations, and ultimately achieve the company's profit growth and product competitiveness. Based on the review of lean production theory and the history of development, this thesis studies the relevant strategies of implementing lean production. Based on the current situation of production and operation of BTC, This thesis studies and develops the basic strategy of lean production in BTC Company’s introduction, implementation, performance evaluation and improvement. First of all, this paper focuses on the basic steps and strategies regarding the introduction of lean production in BTC Company. Secondly, according to the shortcomings of BTC production and operation system in production mode, production process, quality management and equipment management, the paper puts forward the scheme of optimizing the production mode and process by implementing pulling production, unit layout and IE standard operation, and strategies to improve product quality and equipment utilization through total quality management and TPM activities. In the end, this paper makes a further study on establishing lean production performance evaluation system and perfecting strategy, and provides further guarantee for lean production to be implemented in BTC successfully. | |
