中文摘要：	随着社会经济的不断向前发展，人们的物质生活水平在逐年提高，伴随而来的许多健康问题也在不断出现，越来越被人们所关注。由于我国地域辽阔，人口众多，且经济发展水平参差不齐，人们日益增长的医疗健康需求，一直以来很难得到有效满足，就医体验差，看病成本高等问题日益凸显。同时，政府有关部门也在积极寻求解决之道，我国现行体制下的新医改政策极大的促进了医疗市场的向前充分发展，特别是一些以互联网医疗为目的的企业逐渐壮大，不断满足着人民群众日益增长的健康需求。随着移动互联技术的向前迈进，在网络上进行医学相关知识的咨询模式开始兴起，一时间互联网医疗成为一个新兴领域。经过十几年的迅猛发展，互联网技术的应用改变着人们的生活方式，同时也改变着互联网企业，甚至全行业的态势与格局。通过分析我国医疗市场的现状和信息化的发展趋势，得出互联网医疗的出现是缓解医患矛盾切实可行的举措。结合患者、医生以及机构三方的不同需求和现实困难，找出互联网医疗模式的多个切入点，经过收集、整理、分析大量的健康数据，使之产生利润空间。文章还描述互联网医疗商业模式在我国的发生发展以及现在所面临的困境，正因为我国互联网医疗模式起步晚，很多方面尚处在摸索阶段，没有像国外互联网医疗企业那样相对比较成熟的运作模式和健康意识较强的大众认知，所以目标市场和消费习惯需要慢慢培养。除此之外，利好政策的适时出台也会对规范互联网医疗企业行为，促进互联网医疗行业健康有序发展起到举足轻重的作用。重点剖析了移动互联网技术在医疗健康行业的应用，来解读基于传统医疗模式和互联网技术相结合的创新服务形式，在新医改背景下的实践和发展，最后从发展趋势及未来方向等方面对我国互联网医疗商业模式进行展望。本文的主要目的是研究包括我国互联网医疗商业模式的发展现状、运行过程中的重点环节以及主要服务形式、现实困难和未来发展方向等问题，以互联网医疗企业“春雨医生”为案例，重点解读我国现行体制下企业如何站在互联网医疗角度对商业模式进行创新。结合医疗行业特征和健康产业特点进一步提出互联网医疗模式未来的发展方向和创新形式，探讨互联网医疗企业如何实现又好又快发展。
英文摘要：	With the rapidly developing economy and continuous improvement of people’s living standard，more and more people begin to pay attention to themselves and the health of family members．China is a large country in which economic development in different area is in different level. Due to China's vast territory, large population, and different levels of economic development, it is difficult to effectively meet people's growing health care needs, and that medical experience is poor, treatment cost is high. At the same time，the government of China is trying to find the solutions. New policy under our current system will promote the medical market of large development, especially some on Internet medical enterprise for the purpose of growing, constantly satisfy the people's growing health needs. As mobile Internet technology forward, consulting mode of medical knowledge in the network began to rise, and at that time the Internet health become an emerging field. After years of rapidly development, the application of Internet technology has changing people's way of life, Internet companies, and even the industry trend and pattern. Through the analysis of the present situation of our country’s medical market and information technology development trend, it is concluded that the emergence of Internet medical is to alleviate the doctor-patient contradiction feasible measures. Combining with the different needs of patients, doctors and institutions tripartite and realistic difficulties, find out the Internet medical model of multiple entry point, through collecting, sorting, analysis, a lot of health data, generate profit space. The article also describes the development of Internet medical business model in our country and the dilemmas facing now. Internet medical model in China has not started long, it still at groping stage in many ways. Not like foreign Internet medical enterprise, which is relatively mature operation model and has strong public recognition in health consciousness, the target market and consumer habits need to develop slowly in China. In addition, good policies introduced timely to regulate the behavior of Internet medical enterprise, promote healthy and orderly development of Internet medical industry play a decisive role. It analyzes the application of mobile Internet technology in the medical and health industry, to interpret, based on the combination of the traditional medical model and the Internet technology innovation service form, under the background of the reform of practice and development, and finally China's Internet medical business model was discussed from the development trend and the future direction. The main purpose of this paper is including several parts of study as follows, present situation of medical Internet business model in our country, the main form of service and the future development direction, with the examples of Internet medical enterprise of doctor "spring rain", emphasis how to stand in the Internet under the current system of medical point of view of business model innovation. Combined with the feature of health care industry and the characteristics of the health industry, this paper further notes both the advantages of Internet medical model and the obstacles, and then discusses the way of how Internet medical enterprises achieve development better and faster.
