中文摘要: 2012年,服务业已经成为我国国民经济的第一大产业。在此过程中,以数据处理业务为代表的服务外包行业在扩大服务业基本面、拓展不同行业和地区间交流以及解决高校毕业生就业问题等方面发挥了重要作用。目前,服务外包行业的数据处理外包企业的发展出现了一些问题,如人力资源成本加快上升、企业员工离职率高、企业管理不规范以及企业发展前景不明朗等。这些问题如果得不到及时有效的解决,数据处理外包企业的发展就极易陷入困境,进而影响服务外包行业乃至整个服务业。因此,研究、探索数据处理外包企业的发展战略具有重要的现实意义。 本文在参阅了大量关于服务外包和企业管理文献的基础上,运用理论推导、比较研究以及SWOT分析等方法,生成包含三个方面的发展战略:实施成本领先战略、专业化发展战略以及合作战略。论文共有七个部分。第一部分是绪论,介绍了本论文的研究背景以及采用的研究方法,并介绍了论文的主要框架内容。第二部分为理论回顾,回顾了成本领先战略、专业化发展理论和企业外包理论,为本论文后面生成数据处理外包企业的发展战略提供了理论依据。此外,这部分还介绍了战略管理的过程模式,做为本论文的方法论依据。第三部分引入具体的企业—A公司做为研究对象,介绍了A公司的基本情况和发展现状,并提出公司面临的问题。第四部分通过SWOT分析法,识别出A公司的内部优劣势因素和外部的机会和威胁,然后形成SWOT战略矩阵并对该矩阵进行了分析。第五部分基于SWOT分析的结果生成A公司的发展战略。第六部分对A公司发展战略的实施措施以及实施过程中的注意事项进行了分析。第七部分为本论文的终章,提出本论文的研究结论,指出研究的不足之处,并展望了未来的研究。 
英文摘要: In 2012, the service industry has become the first pillar industry of China's national economy. During this process, Service Outsourcing Industry represented by data processing business has played an important role in expanding fundamental scales of service industry, increasing communications between different industries and areas and resolving the employment problems of college graduates. At present, BPO Enterprises of Data Processing (BPO Enterprises for short) from Service Outsourcing Industry meet some issues in their development, such as the rising cost of human resources, high employee turnover rate, non-standard enterprise management and uncertain enterprise development prospects, etc. If there’s no timely and effective resolution for these issues, BPO Enterprises could easily run into troubles, and then has unpredictable influence on Service Outsourcing Industry and even the whole service industry. Therefore, it has important practical significance to study and explore the development strategies of BPO Enterprises. This paper, which is based on the substantial literature of service outsourcing and enterprise management, follows theoretical and comparative research approaches along with SWOT analysis to set up the development strategies including implementing Cost Leadership strategy, specialization development and strengthening cooperation. This article totally has seven parts. The first part prepares research background and approach along with the main structure of this paper. The second part recalls theories such as Cost Leadership Strategy, Specialization Development and Outsourcing, which paves the way for creating development strategies of BPO Enterprises. Besides, this part also introduces Strategy Management Model treated as methodology of this paper. The third part provides basic information of Company A, introduces its current development status and also points out the issues appeared from the development. The forth part identifies internal superiority and weakness along with external opportunity and threat for Company A through SWOT analysis, and then generates SWOT strategy matrix and analyzes matrix factors. The fifth part sets up development strategies of Company A according to the result of SWOT analysis. The sixth part analyzes implementation measures and considerations of the development strategies of Company A. The final part concludes the point of view of this paper, finds out deficiencies and expects future research.
