中文摘要:仓储物流是伴随着电子商务的发展而兴起的一种新型业务。普通的仓储物流来主要从事着功能简单、效益低下的单一的、简单的货物存贮服务,而金融仓储则是一种将仓储与金融相结合的一种创新服务。T仓储管理公司作为国内最具竞争力的金融仓储公司近年来发展迅速,其成功的员工绩效考评体系优化策略值得业内借鉴。 T仓储管理公司在未实行员工绩效考评优化之前,存在着较多的问题,使得企业对员工的有效激励不足,同时对员工行为的约束也不力。在竞争日趋激烈的仓储行业,不合理的员工绩效考核评价体系给T仓储公司的进一步发展带来了障碍。只有优化员工绩效考评体系,才能有效解决T仓储管理公司的人力资源管理瓶颈,提升企业的市场竞争能力。 本文以“T仓储管理公司员工绩效考评体系优化研究”为题,对在对现货质押、仓单质押等仓储融资质押和绩效考评等相关概念进行界定,对绩效评价体系等的相关研究进行梳理的基础上,对于T仓储管理公司员工绩效考评的现状与问题做了深入分析,并提出优化T仓储管理公司员工绩效考评的相关对策,并阐述了较为清晰的企业员工绩效考评体系的思路和实施路径。本文研究成果能够对相关企业的员工绩效考评体系优化提供有价值的借鉴。  
英文摘要:Storage logistics is a new kind of business which is developed with the development of electronic commerce. Ordinary storage logistics is mainly engaged in a simple, low efficiency of a single, simple goods storage services, and financial storage is a combination of storage and finance an innovative service. T storage management company as the most competitive financial storage companies developed rapidly in recent years, the success of the performance evaluation system optimization strategy is worthy of reference. T storage management company in the implementation of employee performance evaluation before optimization, there are many problems, making the enterprise effective incentive to employees, while the employee behavior constraints are ineffective. In the increasingly fierce competition in the storage industry, unreasonable employee performance appraisal system to the T storage company's further development has brought obstacles. And the optimization of employee performance evaluation system, effectively solve the T storage management company's human resources bottleneck, and enhance the enterprise's market adaptability and competitiveness. This paper based on T company warehouse management staff performance appraisal system to optimize the theme of "Research on the definition, on the spot in the pledge, pledge of warehouse receipts pledge of warehouse financing and performance evaluation and other related concepts, the basic research on performance evaluation system on carding, the present situation and problems of the performance evaluation of T company's warehouse management the thorough analysis, and puts forward relevant countermeasures to optimize the performance evaluation of T company warehouse management, and expounds the enterprise employee performance appraisal system of clear ideas and implementation path. The research results of this paper can provide valuable reference for the optimization of employee performance appraisal system.
