| 中文摘要: | 当前国内经济社会发展进入了一个新的时期,随着居民整体生活水平的提高,黄金已经成为日常居民的消费品,在这种市场环境中相应的黄金加工制造呈现出快速发展的趋势。在多样化的市场经济环境中,企业如何实现快速发展是多方面因素的共同结果,从社会经济发展的角度来看,建立完善的企业发展战略是确保各项工作稳步开展的基础性条件,这也是指引当前企业发展的有效方式之一。文章在国内外研究的基础上对百泰公司发展战略进行了系统性的分析,明确了公司在发展经营中遇到的困难和不足,从推动市场经济发展的需求出发,不断制定更为高效合理的现代意义上的发展战略,以此来实现优化企业发展环境的目的。本文在研究中借助百泰公司的发展现实性问题进行了全面的论证,具体来说是从以下几个方面开展研究的:首先对文章的研究背景进行了论述,市场经济发展变化是企业调整发展战略的主要原因,从社会经济全面发展的角度来看,持续有效的经营发展要在动态性的环境中才能够发挥其内在的作用和价值,在背景分析的基础上明确了文章的研究内容和研究方法;第二章重点分析了国内外研究现状,各种理论支撑是文章研究的基础,也为开展多样性的现代企业发展战略制定渐了基础;第三章对百泰公司企业的战略环境分析,分析了当前公司在发展中企业战略运行中存在的问题,从内外两个方面分析了当前的市场环境体系;第四章明确了公司发展战略,从多个角度出发,制定了相应的企业发展战略,不断适应市场经济发展带来的挑战,建立一种动态性的现代企业运行管理机制,有效适应当前市场竞争需求,不断提升企业的实际竞争力,实现企业快速发展增效的目的;最后一章对文章的研究进行了总结,文章虽然取得了一定的研究成果,但是还存在着一些问题和不足,影响了整体研究,在后期的研究中会进行针对性的改进和优化,努力贯彻学以致用的原则,希望通过对本文的研究,对百泰公司以及类型的黄金开发企业在未来的发展中提供一些建议和帮助。 | |
