| 中文摘要： | 2016年对于中国大多数产业发展而言都面临着巨大的压力和挑战，经济下行期所面临的转型升级压力，过剩产能消化的解决方案，融入全球化竞争的顶层设计等等问题亟待解决。中国在适应全球经济格局重新洗牌的过程中，需要观念与理论的快速提升，以及更快速的技术迭代。在飞速发展的全球化进程中，科学发展观是指导和推进观念与技术进步的动力。本文重点针对市场营销领域，特别是在“利益相关者理论”的论证与思考方向上，结合达沃斯论坛的经验，做了全面的分析和解读。充分论证了这一理论的应用价值和对中国企业家完善企业发展哲学,建立更具国际融合度的企业价值观的重要性。一方面有助于所有产业制定发展战略的格局设计和愿景规划，同时也就会展业的发展和借鉴，特别是在论坛组织方面提供了最佳的学习路径。关于利益相关者概念最早于1970年达沃斯论坛成立伊始，被论坛创始人——经济学家克劳斯.施瓦布教授首次提出，并于1984年，随着美国著名经济学家弗里曼的经典著作《战略管理：利益相关者方法》的出版，奠定了该理论的学术价值。经过30余年的理论发展和社会实践，该理论论证了商业与伦理不再是一个悖论。 | |
| 英文摘要： | The development of China's most industries are facing enormous pressure and challenges in the year of 2016: the transformation and upgrading pressure during economic downturn, the solution to absorb excess capacity, the top-level design to be involved in the global competition, etc. are all needed to be solved. When adapting to the global economic pattern realignment, China needs rapid upgrading of concepts and theories, and more rapid technical iteration. In the process of rapidly developing economic globalization, Scientific Outlook on Development is the power to guide and promote the progress of concept and technology. Focusing on the field of marketing, combined with the experience of Davos Forum, this article does a comprehensive analysis and interpretation especially in the direction of demonstration and thinking on the "Stakeholder Theory", and fully demonstrates the application value of this theory as well as the importance of this theory for Chinese entrepreneurs to improve enterprise development philosophy and establish a more internationally integrating enterprise values, on the one hand to help all industries to develop the pattern design and vision planning of the development strategy, on the other hand taking the lessons for the development of the exhibition industry for reference to provide the best learning path for the organization of the Davos Forum. The Stakeholder Theory was first proposed by the economist Pro. Schwab when the Davos Forum was established in the year of 1970, and the academic value of this theory was laid down with the publication of the famous American economist Freeman’s classic works “Strategic Management: A Stakeholder Approach”. After more than 30 years of theoretical development and social practice, this theory demonstrates that business and ethics is no longer a paradox. | |
