中文摘要：	中国是全球最大的铁矿石进口国，铁矿石贸易对我国的重要性不言而喻。然而，近几年，铁矿石价格出现了连续下跌，铁矿石贸易公司经营非常困难，很多公司因经营及风险管理不善而倒闭。 中国不乏在海外设立公司进行铁矿石贸易的，但在当前经济环境下能够实现盈利的并不多。究其原因，主要是因为在海外设立公司前并未进行有效的研究，致使盲目投资。本文作者从铁矿石贸易供需分析和流程管理的角度，对润亿新加坡公司铁矿石贸易的成功操作进行客观分析，为其他经营海外铁矿石贸易的公司提供经验。 本文基于中国铁矿石贸易现状，提出海外铁矿石贸易的供需分析和流程管理研究。首先回顾了供需均衡与流程管理的相关理论，结合铁矿石贸易的特点，对润亿新加坡公司铁矿石贸易的供给和流程管理进行了研究，总结了本文作者海外铁矿石贸易的成功经验。 本文认为，对于海外铁矿石贸易而言，在投资决策前需要有前瞻性的眼光，以总揽全局的角度进行研究分析，并对期间的流程管理进行合理规划。不仅可以为投资决策提供依据和支持，还可以减少初期投入，并提高运营效率，最终为海外铁矿石贸易的成功打下基础。就当前经济环境而言，铁矿石需求收缩导致价格下降，压缩了铁矿石贸易公司的利润。对于本文，即在新加坡设立公司进行铁矿石贸易，通过对铁矿石贸易进行全面、科学、客观的供需分析，在贸易过程中使用正确的流程管理方法，以应对铁矿石贸易行业日益被压缩的利润空间，使得公司运营取得成功。本文对今后的海外铁矿石贸易投资决策具有较强的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	China is the largest iron ore importer. Iron ore trading is very important for our economy.However, iron ore trading companies are not in good condition. In the past five years, the price of iron ore have been decreased continuously. Even though the downturn of freight lead to the lower cost of iron ore shipping, more and more iron ore trading companies have to close down because of having no ability to gain profit. There are many iron ore trading investment projects in China, but very few can gain profit in recent economic condition. The main reason is that most of the decision makers did not do effective study before carrying out the investment project. When facing risk, they were not ready to deal with the bad situation.This article takes our Singapore company as case analyzing the supply and demand of iron ore,also the process management of our Singapore company,providing theoretical?guidance for other followers. This article based on the analyzing the supply and demand of iron ore, puts forward the investment analysis for iron ore trading. Firstly, it reviews the relative theories about supply and demand; then it analyzes the supply and demand of the iron ore trading; at last, summing up experience by providing an example in Singapore. According to this article, when investing in iron ore trading project, the decision maker needs to analyze the whole project in a forward-looking vision before making a decision. By doing this, the analysis can not only provide theoretical?basis but also prepare the decision maker well for the feasibility study. We also get the conclusion to example in this article, investing a iron ore trading company in Singapore, that this example is success and has a strong reference significance for the future investment.
