中文摘要:随着互联网、物联网、云计算等先进技术的快速发展,全球化的互联互通的生态网络即将形成,未来十年内将发生大规模物联网转型,各行各业的企业都需要做好准备,以应对转型带来的影响。中国乃至全球制造业将迎来数字经济时代出现的新市场,积极规划数字转型战略,构建以数据洞察为驱动的新价值网络势在必行。追溯体系建设是物联网扩展的基础、是制造业构建新价值网络不可或缺的部分。基于物联网技术的追溯体系建设的需求在全球正呈爆炸式增长,市场机会巨大。 从物联网扩展中产生的“物联经济”价值链中,中国制造业及运营、中国产品追溯行业企业,如何从物联网发展中获取新价值,如何在数字时代的到来赢得竞争,值得大家深入思考。作为中国产品追溯行业企业来说,需要充分抓住物联网行业颠覆带来的机遇,产品追溯行业在中国属于新生行业,还没有出现有规模的龙头企业,行业内企业规模都还比较小,在公司治理和战略规划上都很欠缺。在当前市场形势当前阶段需要快速发展、快速壮大,以在全球市场获得竞争优势,企业战略升级则成为行业企业思考的重点。本文首先从相关理论基础开始,研究阐述了行业技术相关理论、战略相关理论、资本运营相关理论,以及主要分析模型和方法,然后对行业背景和发展状况进行了阐述和分析。接下来将理论与实例相结合,阐述本项研究的研究对象嘉华汇诚科技股份有限公司的发展现状,并采用波特五力模型、SWOT分析工具对研究实例企业进行分析,引出嘉华汇诚科技股份有限公司现阶段发展存在的问题和面临的威胁,然后有针对性的提出多样化的组合战略选择方案,最后为研究实例企业给出发展战略实施的保障措施。本项研究,对于中国产品追溯行业中的企业来说,有着重大的指导和借鉴意义,有利于行业企业把握当前的全球物联网发展大趋势,结果自身情况及时进行有效的战略调整、战略升级,以在全球追溯市场获得更强的竞争优势。希望本项研究对中国产品追溯企业在全球化的互联互通的生态网络建设中获得主导地位能有一些帮助。 关键词:物联网;追溯;战略; SWOT分析。 
英文摘要:With rapid development of advanced technologies such as Internet, Internet of Things, and Cloud Computation, global interconnected ecological network will take shape. Dramatic transformations of IoT will be seen in the next one decade. Enterprises in all industries should be ready for responding to influences caused by those transformations. Manufacturing industry of China and even the world will embrace a new market which emerges in the era of digital economy. It is imperative to actively plan the strategy of digital transformation and to build a new value network driven by digital inspirations. Development of traceability system is the foundation for expansion of IoT, and is also indispensable for building the new value network in manufacturing industry. Demands for development of IoT technology-based traceability system are now seeing explosive growth, which means tremendous market opportunities. It is worth deeply thinking about how China's manufacturing industry and operation, and enterprises of China in product traceability industry to get new values from development of IoT, and how to win competitions in the digital era in the value chain of the IoT economy generated by expansion of IoT. As an enterprise of China in the product traceability industry, it should fully grasp the opportunity generated by the overturning development of IoT. Product traceability industry is an emerging industry in China, and there is still no leading enterprise in the industry. Currently, enterprises in the industry are all small-sized, and they are very poor in corporate governance and strategic planning. Based on the current market situations, enterprise currently should strive for rapid development and growth so as to obtain competitive advantage in the global market. Enterprises in the industry should focus on thinking about upgrading of strategy. This paper begins with the relevant theoretical foundation by analyzing and describing theories related to technologies in the industry, theories related to strategy, and theories related to capital operation, and also describing the main analysis model and method, and then addresses and analyzes the industry background and development situation. The paper subsequently combines the theory with practice to describe the existing development situation of Jawa Huicheng Technology Co., Ltd., which is the subject of research hereunder, and uses Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis tool to analyze the company, getting existing development problems and threats of the company, and then the paper proposes specific diverse combination development strategy options. Finally, the paper proposes the assurance measures for implementing the development strategy with respect to the company. This research is significant for enterprises in China's product traceability industry as it provides guidance and lessons for those enterprises, helping them to grasp current trend of development of global IoT, and then effectively adjusting and upgrading their strategies on basis of their own situations so as to obtain stronger competitive advantages in the global traceability market. This research is somewhat useful for enterprises in China's product traceability industry getting prevailing position in the development of global interconnected ecological network.
