中文摘要:人才是企业竞争力的关键所在,很多企业意识到,持续发展的关键在于不断加强对人才的培养,提高自身的竞争力。企业竞争力保证企业赢得市场份额,如果一个企业拥有大量素质高、技能好的人才,其占领市场份额的能力一定超越其竞争对手。企业可以通过外部招聘获得人才,但是长期有效的人才储备方式是企业内部的人才培养和开发。根据企业自身特点及其发展目标,通过对内部人才进行有计划地、持续地培养和发展,在企业建立科学的人才培养和开发机制,保证企业人才需求,保留企业人才,降低人才流失。 近年来,中国酒店业扩张态势明显,酒店数量急剧增加、酒店规模不断扩大。然而,酒店业人才发展的总体水平与酒店业发展需求之间存在着较大差距,酒店人力资源开发与管理成为酒店管理中的一大难题。 传统的人才培养模式具有很多优势,但在如今行业发展多样性及快速发展的背景下有其一定的局限性。如何将传统的人才培养模式与酒店行业的特性相结合,建立一个持续的人才发展和组织能力提升的文化环境,通过具有前瞻性、包容性的、系统性的人才发展模式,培养和开发人才并且为员工提供职业发展机会,对酒店来讲意义重大。 A酒店在人才培养方面有迫切的现实需求。本文通过近年来人才培养理论、人力资源开发理论、雇员职业生涯发展理论以及酒店行业人才培养和开发理论,针对酒店行业人才培养的特性,结合酒店行业人才培养方面出现的普遍性问题,对A酒店人才培养与开发体系的构建及实施进行了研究。A酒店所实施的人才培养和开发体系,通过完善酒店培训系统,涵盖所有层级员工,采用与传统的人才培养模式相比,更系统化、人性化,并具有长期性和可持续性,适合当下酒店行业发展特性,并取得了较好的成果。通过持续不断的实践,在所有员工中推广人才发展项目,建立强大的雇主品牌形象和员工忠诚度,保留核心人才,以达到顾客满意和长期的经济效益。  
英文摘要:Improving company’s competitiveness is the key element that keeps company growing consistently. Talent is the key competency of company. Competency is the ability that company fights with competitor and keep the market share. A company which is with lots of high quality talents is competitive. Normally, hiring new talent from outside is one of the ways that company gets talent. The internal talent development is the best way to enlarge the company talent pool and talent retaining. To improve company’s key competency and sustainable development by setting the talent successor system, systematic talent development plan. Hotel belongs to hospitality industry and talent is its most valuable asset. It is critical important to build the sustainable talent development and organization competency growing culture and proactive、diversity and systematic talent development system that provides career opportunity to internal associate. And this continuous practice and implementation in all levels associate in the hotel helps hotel to build strong employer image and associate loyalty. It will result to client loyalty and long term profit. According to the talent training and development theory, the human resources management theory, the employee career development theory, with the hotel industry status and characteristics, this article aims to conduct the study and research on the talent development in hotel industry. This article shows the study of the talent training and development system establishing in hotel A. Comparing with traditional training and development models, hotel A’s talent training and development system is with typically characters. It has brought outcomes to the hotel. There is still some space to improve in the area of talent training and development in hotel A. Through the study and research, this article provides suggestions on the talent development in hotel A.
