| 中文摘要: | 在“互联网+”的时代背景下,互联网技术正在迅速向各类传统行业渗透,创造出改变人们生产生活方式的新经济业态,同时也为互联网行业的创业者提供了丰富的创业机会。目前我国正处于一个创业高峰时期,“互联网+”创业企业大批涌现,其中打车软件公司的出现极大地改变了人们的出行方式,同时对传统出租车行业的改革具有一定的推动作用,在“互联网+”创业企业中具有典型代表性。对于创业企业来说,合法性的获取与其自身的存亡和发展密切相关,为了探究企业在创业过程中如何获取合法性的问题,本文运用案例研究的方法,以滴滴快的打车软件公司为研究对象,通过问卷调查和相关期刊论文及新闻资料检索的方式收集了上海地区与打车软件、网约车相关的数据及资料。通过对以上资料进行定性的分析,本文将打车软件公司的创业发展过程划分为三个阶段:创新阶段——打车软件应用于出租车的时期;拓展阶段——打车软件开始应用于非运营车辆;标准化阶段——政府部门通过制定法律法规而使创业企业行为逐步标准化。在不同的阶段,评价支持者会采取不同的语言战略来促使企业获取合法性。在创新阶段,评价支持者主要采用“强调实体成就”的战略来促进社会公众对组织适当性的感知,使更多的关于企业和企业行为的信息被公众了解和认识,从而提高组织的认知合法性;在拓展阶段,评价支持者主要采用“强调认可”的战略,向公众传达企业已经受到广泛认可的信息来增强集体层级的有效性,通过构建新的价值观念和社会规范来使企业被越来越多的人接受并认可,从而获取规范合法性;在标准化阶段,评价支持者通过“强调授权”的战略表明企业创业行为已经受到权力部门的认可从而进一步加强有效性,当政府制定了相关法律法规来对创业企业进行标准化管理时,创业企业就能够通过遵守法律来增强规制合法性。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the background of "Internet +", Internet technology is rapidly penetrate to a wide variety of traditional industries, creating new format to change people’s lifestyle. At present, China is in a start-up peak period, "Internet +" start-ups turned up, including taxi software companies which greatly change the way people travel. For start-ups, accesses to the legitimacy and their own survival are closely related. In order to explore how to get business legitimacy problem in the entrepreneurial process, the paper use the case study methods, focusing on the Didi Kuaidi software companies, collected questionnaires and related journal articles and news information in Shanghai area. Based on the above data qualitative analysis, the paper divide the taxi software company’s development into three stages: innovation phase - the software used in a taxi cab period; development stage - taxi software began to be used in non-operating vehicles; standardization phase - government departments through the development of laws and regulations, leaving start-ups behavior gradually standardized. At different stages, the evaluation will take different strategies to encourage enterprises to obtain legitimacy. In the innovation stage, supporters mainly use the evaluation strategy "to emphasize the achievements of the entity" to promote the public's perception of the appropriateness of the organization, so that more information about the business and corporate behavior is known and understood by the public. In the development stage, mainly supporters evaluate "that promote recognition" strategy, passing on the message to the public that enterprises have been widely recognized to enhance the validity of the collective level, by building new values and social norms to enable enterprises to be accepted and acknowledged by more and more people. In the standardization phase, the supporters use "authorized stressed" strategic behavior to further enhance the validity indicating that entrepreneurship has been recognized by the authorities. When the government established relevant laws and regulations to standardize the management of start-ups, the regulation legitimacy of start-ups has been strengthened. | |
