| 中文摘要: | 当前,各银行之间的竞争极为激烈,竞争的焦点便是能够为银行带来巨大收益的“高端客户”,竞争的结果取决于多方面的因素,如:产品、创新、人才、流程等等。归根结底,银行需要满足客户的差异化需求、需要为客户提供等值甚至是超值的金融服务,特别是针对商业银行“高端客户”的差别化服务,最重要的是要有一批具有专业素质、客户关系维护能力以及工作高效率的个人客户经理队伍。本文以BH支行个人客户经理绩效评价体系作为研究对象,综合运用了文献阅读、专家访谈、案例分析、分析推理等方法,在对BH支行个人客户经理绩效评价体系进行深入分析的基础上,找出现有体系存在的问题,并根据这些问题剖析其成因,在此基础上,对个人客户经理绩效评价体系进行了改进,即要解决当前的难题,又要有利于银行战略目标的达成,以当前问题的解决为出发点,希望改进后的绩效评价体系能够提升各级人员的绩效评价水平,形成良好的绩效评价文化、为BH支行应对金融行业的激烈竞争提供有力手段、为SF分行BH支行留住人才、培养人才提供有力工具,同时提升个人客户经理的个人素质,并希望能够为BH支行其他部门营销人员的绩效评价提供有益的参考,为SF分行个人客户经理的绩效评价改进抛砖引玉。本文以当前主流的绩效和绩效评价理论与工具为基础,对BH支行个人客户经理绩效评价的整体水平进行了全面的提升。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, the competition among banks is fierce, the focus of the competition is to bring huge profits to the banks, high-end customers, the results of the competition depends on many factors, such as: products, innovation, talent, process, etc.. Ultimately, banks need to meet customer demand, the need to provide customers with equal value and even financial services, especially for commercial banks' high-end customers' differentiated services, the most important is to have a number of professional quality, customer relationship maintenance and work efficiency of personal customer manager team.
