中文摘要：	摘 要机电安装行业由于受其专业化高，技术复杂，单位工程成本高，进度要求严格，质量控制与管理标准高、难度大等特点制约，机电安装团队的专业化程度要求比较特殊。对于机电施工企业而言，不管是自有施工队伍形式还是各种分包形式，选择合格的施工队伍的对机电项目的成功实现起到了至关重要的作用。本论文首先描述机电专业分包队伍的特殊性，论述建立持久合作施工队伍的必要性。并对当今机电安装专业施工队伍不同模式进行分析，阐述了国内外相关行业的发展历程与趋势。其次在层次分析法AHP的基础上结合机电安装项目行业的特点，以KSI公司为主要研究对象，对影响机电安装专业分包商评价的各个因素进行识别、分类并通过定性、定量的分析，分别建立分包商选择和绩效评价体系。针对机电安装行业分别在招标遴选阶段的分包商筛选以及项目执行过程中、项目结束后对分包商进行总结评价，形成系统科学的事前、事中以及事后全阶段的动态分包商评价体系。从而避免传统方法的主观评价过多、评判标准不统一、评价误差偏差较大的缺陷。同时本论文结合KSI公司项目案例，通过层次分析方法的运算，计算出专业分包商各项评价指标，以及相应的专家评分，对分包商进行综合评价，旨在建立一套适用于机电安装行业的系统的、合理的、科学的专业分包商管理评价体系。本论文对今后机电安装项目专业分包商在招标选择、项目实施管理以及项目后绩效评价有相应指导意义，有利于筛选并建立固定、持久的项目合作分包伙伴。
英文摘要：	Abstract Due to the professional division of labor, complex technology, high cost of unit project, strict progress, high quality control and management requirements of mechanical and electrical installation industry, mechanical and electrical installation team of professional degree requirements is very high. For mechanical and electrical construction enterprises, whether using own construction team or specialty subcontractor, select qualified construction team of Electromechanical project is an important way to realize the project success. At first, this thesis describes the specific characteristics of the sub contractors of the mechanical and electrical specialty, and discusses the necessity of establishing a lasting cooperative construction team. And analyze the different modes of the construction team of the mechanical and electrical installation, and describe the development process and trend of the domestic and foreign related industries. By a combination of specific characteristics in mechanical and electrical installation project, Various factors affecting the performance of the electronic and electrical installation professional subcontractor are identified, classified and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis. Establish the performance evaluation system of the subcontractor Finally this thesis combined with the case of KSI in subcontractor evaluation system of Mechanical and electrical installation project. First, we use the analytic hierarchy process AHP method of professional sub contractor related performance of weight index is described, and then calculate the subcontractor evaluation indexes, and the corresponding expert evaluation, comprehensive evaluation of subcontractors,, aims to establish a set of scientific professional evaluation system for sub contractor management. For mechanical and electrical installation industry respectively in the tender selection phase of contractor selection and implementation of the project after the end of the process, the project subcontractors are summarized and evaluated, the formation of the scientific system of beforehand, in the matter and later stages of the whole dynamic point contractor evaluation system. So as to avoid the traditional method of subjective evaluation, evaluation criteria are not uniform, evaluation of the error of the large deviation of the defect. This thesis has its guiding significance in professional subcontractors selecting at the tender phase, project implementation as construction phase and project management performance evaluation at project be finished, also be beneficial to select and establish a fixed and long-lasting cooperation projects subcontracting partners.
