中文摘要:从某种意义而言,接班传承是家族企业长远发展的核心问题,科学合理的接班传承机制不仅有助于其提高管理运营质量,更有助于其打造核心竞争力,从而提高家族企业经济效益。我国家族企业是从20世纪70年代末80年代初发展而来,经过30余年的改革发展规模日益宏大,作用日益显现。然而,由于其创始者的生理年龄和知识更新等原因,我国有超过75%的家族企业面临严峻的交接班问题即接班传承问题十分突出。我国家族企业在发展中如果再忽视接班传承问题,必将会造成本就十分严重的内部管理弊病进一步恶化,向现代企业制度的转型升级将会更加曲折和漫长,甚至会出现“中国家族企业将会在5年内破产60%,10年内破产85%的可怕发展态势”。本文以H公司为例探寻新形势下我国家族企业接班传承的优化路径与合理化对策,旨在提高升我国家族企业和民营经济发展的核心竞争力,为我国社会主义市场经济的健康持续发展和市场体系的完善注入更多的生机与活力。 本文在研究中将综合运用公司治理理论、委托代理理论、产权经济学、内部控制学、财务管理学以及数理统计学等有关学科的知识与方法,注重理论分析和实证研究的紧密结合、定性分析和定量研究的有机统一、问题分析和对策设计的研究逻辑,在分析、比较和借鉴的基础上系统研究H家族企业的接班传承问题。总体来看,本文内容主要由六部分组成。第一部分是绪论,它是本文的研究前提;第二部分是关键概念与理论综述,它是本文研究的理论基础;第三部分是H家族企业与接班人选择概要,它是本文的研究重点;第四部分是发达国家家族企业接班传承的成功实践及启示,它是本文的研究关键;第五部分是H家族企业职业经理人接班传承的路径与对策,它是本文的研究成果;第六部分是结论,它是本文的研究总结。相对于同类研究,本文研究具有一定程度的理论创新意义和实践指导意义,即本文研究有利于我国家族企业接班传承模式的创新,有利于H家族企业的核心竞争力打造和比较优势提升,有利于我国民营经济发展和社会主义市场经济体系的完善。  
英文摘要: In a sense, succession is the core problem of the long-term development of the family business, scientific and rational succession mechanism not only help family businesses improve the management and operation quality, but also help in family enterprises to build the core competitiveness, so as to improve the economic efficiency of the family business. China's family business is from the end of 1970s 80 years of development, after more than 30 years of reform and development of the scale, the role of increasingly apparent. However, because of the family business founder of physiological age and knowledge update, our country has more than 75% of the family business face severe handover problem that succession inheritance problem is very prominent. Chinese Academy of Social Sciences researcher Yi Xianrong in 2016 the "two sessions" accepted reporters pointed out that the further deterioration of the family enterprises in our country in the development if we ignore the succession problem will cost it is very serious internal management defects, to the modern enterprise system the upgrade will be more twists and turns and long, and even "Chinese family business will be in 5 years 60% to go bankrupt, 10 years bankruptcy 85% of the terrible development trend. This article takes H company as an example to explore the new situation under China's family business succession of path optimization and rationalization countermeasures aimed at improving the core competitiveness of the family enterprises in our country and the development of the private economy, inject more vigor and vitality for the health of our country socialist market economy continues to develop and market system perfect. This paper in research will be comprehensive use of the theory of corporate governance, principal agent theory, property right economics, internal control and financial management and mathematical statistics and other related disciplines of knowledge and methods, focus on the logic of theory analysis and empirical research to study closely combined, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of organic unity, problem analysis and strategy design research, in the analysis, comparison and reference on the basis of systematic study of H family business the succession problem. Generally speaking, this paper mainly consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, it is the premise of this study; the second part is the key concepts and theories, it is the theoretical basis of this paper; the third part is h family business and successors selection profiles, it is the focus of this study. The fourth part is developed countries family business succession of successful practice and enlightenment, it is the key of this paper; the fifth part is h professional managers in the family business succession inheritance path and countermeasures, it is the research results of this paper; the sixth part is a conclusion, it is the research summary. Compared with similar research, this paper has a certain degree of meaning of theoretical innovation and practical significance, namely the have to China's family business succession model of creativity, is conducive to h family enterprises to build core competence and the improvement of comparative advantage, is beneficial to the improvement of China's private economy and development of the socialist market economic system.
