中文摘要：	随着我国经济飞速发展，电力需求量逐年加大，电力建设行业也经历了井喷式的发展，在火电市场中，由于环保、高效、节能的要求，百万机组逐步成为新建火电项目的发展趋势，由于此类火电建设项目的建设周期长，建设的复杂性较高，因而工程建设的质量管理尤为重要。电力工程项目施工质量的控制，将直接决定了电建企业在行业内的生存和发展，因此如何控制好电建项目的质量，就显得尤为重要。本文首先明确项目质量、项目质量控制等相关理论，简要阐述了施工项目质量管理的国内外现状。其次，对火电施工项目质量影响因素、质量控制的程序、途径和方法等进行了详细的阐述。再次，根据研究的项目质量控制基本原理及对火电施工项目的特点和影响因素的分析，把火电施工项目分成三个阶段进行质量控制，及施工计划准备阶段的质量控制、施工过程中的质量控制和施工过程所形成的产品质量控制和改进。并对各个施工过程中项目质量控制方法进行了研究。最后，以江苏南通电厂施工项目为例，并对实际施工过程中质量控制所面临的问题以及项目上采取的措施等进行分析、研究，对前述质量影响因素和控制方法等理论进行印证，并对火电施工项目的质量控制方法提出了较有意义的方法和建议。本文通过理论结合实际，系统的阐述了火电施工项目各个阶段的质量控制方法，能有效帮助项目管理者对项目质量进行控制，从而提高管理效率，为电建企业实现工程的创优创效，提供参考和借鉴价值。
英文摘要：	As economy increasing rapidly, construction industry enjoys fast development as well. The quality of constructional engineering, core element of this industry, immediately affects public life and property security, affects prosperity of society and economic development. It is of practical significance to insure the engineering quality then and effective quality management makes a necessity for this purpose. Thus how to conduct quality management during construction stage becomes an issue of research value. Accordingly the quality management of constructional engineering during construction stage is selected as the research subject in this paper. In this paper, firstly the basic idea of project quality management, briefly expounded the research status at home and abroad, on quality management secondly, carries on the detailed elaboration on the quality control of the construction phase of thermal power construction project procedures, ways and means. Again, through the two aspects of organizational management and process management in thermal power construction stage of quality control in the process, how to establish quality management system of construction site. Finally, in Jiangsu Nantong power plant construction project as an example, take the quality management of the actual construction process problems and project measures are analyzed. The study on the quality management theory to prove, and quality management of construction projects put forward perfect suggestions. Through the combination of theory and practice, the establishment of the system of quality management system, can effectively help the project managers to manage the project quality, so as to improve the management efficiency and effect, for the survival and development of electric power construction enterprises, as well as the realization of engineering excellence and efficiency, and provide the reference value.
