中文摘要:中国三十几年的快速经济发展,极大地改善了国民的生活条件。伴随着生活水平的提升,社会各个层面也涌现一些“失信”和“无德”的精神滞后现象,由此产生的各种有害结果,使得社会中的每个人都难逃其害。于是,关于品质、德信、精神等文化类的主题开始受到关注。这其中,信仰问题也是被关注的焦点。信仰问题是精神文明建设中的核心问题,不仅关切企业在社会上的生存,也关切整个社会、民族和国家的走向。 企业领导者在组织中作为企业精神的第一责任人和实践者,若只是偏重经济利益的追求和管理中物质刺激手段的运用,就将肢解企业作为人的组织的“经济与社会、物质与精神”的二重性及其统一,最终将无法把企业建设成一个健康的受人信赖的组织。企业作为大社会中的“小国家”,领导者对企业氛围的打造、制度机制的建设,对员工心智状态与行为的影响,都起着十分关键的作用。借由企业的组织平台和社会网络,作为社会精英的企业领导者,其思想、理念、行为方式对整个社会也具有极大的辐射作用。 观察调研发现,在世俗生活中,只有真正有信仰的人,对外部管理的依赖才是最小的。信仰,是人类精神的内核,人类社会只有在信仰文明的指引下才能够得到健康的发展。企业是人类文明进程中的一种组织存在形态,只有满足了信仰文明的要求,企业才能够获得无穷的力量,才能持续健康发展下去。 正是基于理论与现实的需要,将信仰的主题引入企业领导的研究中,就显得尤其必要。在各种各样的报道中,揭示了很多沉沦到道德底线以下的企业和领导人。但是,在笔者多年的研究中也发现,依然有很多企业一直坚守着自己的使命和信仰,从来没有因为环境中和竞争者的劣态而失去自己的原则。研究还进一步发现,在这些能够坚守使命和信仰的良心企业背后总有一个或多个从不妥协、坚守自己信念的领导者。中国文化中并不缺乏信仰的种子和滋养精神的文化土壤,中国企业发展的历程中更不缺乏信仰的实践基础。针对现实中企业对伦理价值方向的迷失现象,本研究选择了信仰这样一个视角,运用人类历史和自然文明的成果,以中华优秀文化的思想智慧为基础,将哲学思辨与科学规范研究相结合,借鉴经过历史检验的价值信仰体系,通过对现实企业信仰型领导者心智模式、价值影响循环体系的发掘,提炼出信仰体系的内涵、路径和模式,架通信仰与企业领导的智慧桥梁,为信仰体系在企业的落地和升级摸索出了一套可行的思路,也为信仰型企业的构建指明方向、原则和目标。 在梳理既往相关研究的基础上,根据本研究的主题及特点,本文抽取了一些比较典型的案例,选用了多案例研究的质性研究方法,以国内不同行业和不同规模的若干位企业领导者为访谈对象,通过深度访谈及多次入驻企业全方位考查,获取了系列一手数据。通过QSR的Nvivo 11软件进行了编码及分析,探索发现并验证了信仰的核心要素“至善”“理性”、至善理性信仰者的诸多特质,以及通过这种心智模式、行为模式产生的辐射性影响及不断升级的良性价值循环模式 。 基于对诸多调研企业的一些制度、企业文化的梳理以及至善理性信仰理论体系在企业实践中的指导,本文还对“至善理性信仰”理论如何在实践中落地给出了实操性的原则以及方向与步骤的建议,以期能够帮助企业和社会找到破解当前信仰困境与促进健康发展的方向与方法,并借助至善理性信仰体系的建立,指导和帮助企业实现卓越价值理念的信仰化升级与转化,使企业在信仰文明的指引下找到持续健康发展的方向与动力。  
英文摘要:With more than 30 years of the rapid economic development, China has greatly improved the living conditions of citizens. Along with the increasing living standards, there are some phenomena of “Discreditability” and "Immorality" emerging in all aspects of the society, which lag behind the progress of Spirit. These phenomena, in the results, have brought negative consequences that no one can escape. Therefore, cultural issues such as one’s moral quality, moral-faith and spirit have once again become the focuses of social attention. Without a doubt, faith is one of the core concepts of Spiritual Development and has been paid great attention as it is not only relevant to the survival of enterprises in the society, but influencing the developing directions of society, nation and the country. As the first person responsible and practitioner of corporate spirit in an organization, if one only laid particular stress on the pursuit of economic benefits and used just material incentives in management, it will dismember the duality and unification of the "economy and society, material and spirit”, which is the essence of enterprise as the human organization and eventually will not be able to build a healthy and trustworthy organization. Enterprise is a small “country” in the society, and the leaders play a vital role of creating an atmosphere, establishing policies and mechanisms, influencing employees' mental model and behaviors. Meanwhile, through enterprise's social network platform, leaders’ thoughts, ideas and behaviors may also have great impact on the whole society. We find that, in the secular life, only those who really have faith rely on external management at a minimum level. Faith is the core concept of the human spirit, and the human society can only achieve healthy development under the guidance of the civilization of faith. Enterprise is a form of organization in the process of human civilization, only when the requirements of the civilization of faith have been attained, the enterprise can obtain the infinite power, and continue the healthy development. Based on the need of theory and reality, it is particularly necessary to introduce the theme of faith into the research of enterprise leadership. In a wide variety of reports, we have noticed that although a lot of companies and leaders who have fallen under the moral bottom line, there are, after research for years, still many companies have been adhering to their own mission and faith, who never lose their own principles due to the bad behavior of competitors in the external environment. The research also found that, behind companies that can adhere to the mission and the faith, there is always a leader who is uncompromising and stick to beliefs Chinese culture does not lack the seeds of faith nor the cultural soil of fostering spirit, and the development of Chinese enterprises does not lack the foundation of faith in the practice either. This research aims at disorientation of the enterprise ethics value in reality, through the aspect of faith, applies the achievements of the civilization in human history and nature, bases on the thought and wisdom of Chinese culture, combines speculative philosophy with scientific normative research, references the system of value and faith validated by the history, through exploration of mental models of enterprises’ faithful leaders and circulatory system of values impact, extracts the connotation, path and pattern of faith system, bridges the gap between faith and wisdom of leaders in enterprises, in order to discover feasible ideas of application and innovation of faith system in the enterprise as well as clarify the direction, principles and objectives of constructing the faith oriented enterprise. On the basis of reviewing previous studies, as well as considering the theme and features of this research, this paper chose a number of typical cases, and applied multiple case study as qualitative research methods, focused on certain number of leaders from different domestic enterprises in variety of industries, through in-depth interviews and comprehensive investigation of the enterprises, and finally obtained a great number of valuable first-hand data. Then the software (QSR) Nvivo 11 was applied in order to encode and analyze the data, then the core elements of the faith, such as "perfection", "rationality”, and many of the characteristics of the one who has the perfect rational belief were discovered, and moreover, the virtuous value cycle model under this mental and behavior pattern were verified. Based on the literature review of Corporate Culture, investigation of enterprise rules and regulations, application of theoretical system of perfect rational belief into corporates, this paper also provided the practical principles, directions and detailed methods of how to apply the theory of "the perfect rational belief" in reality, in order to assist the enterprises and society to solve the current predicament of faith and to find direction and methods of healthy development. Along with the establishment of the perfect rational belief system, this research is aiming to give direction and support to actualize upgrading and transforming the outstanding value concept in the enterprise and achieve sustainable and healthy development under guidance of faithful civilization.
