中文摘要：	随着计算机网络技术在图书馆领域的应用与发展，数字信息资源逐渐成为现代图书馆资源建设的重点内容，图书馆嵌入式服务也成为很多图书馆信息服务发展的新趋势。所谓“嵌入式服务”，是指以用户需求为中心，将图书馆资源、馆员、信息产品等通过各种方式和渠道，即时、准确、主动融入于用户过程和场景的服务模式，嵌入式服务打破了传统图书馆“被动”的信息服务模式。 本研究将以中国地震局图书馆用户在职业工作中的信息需求为基础，围绕开发利用中国地震局图书馆地震科学信息资源，构建图书馆信息交流平台，为用户提供各项地震学科知识服务为主要研究内容，将图书馆的资源、馆员、学科团队嵌入用户环境之中，为用户在职业工作中的信息需求提供各项信息服务。整个研究分为五部分，主要内容如下： 第一部分，介绍了全文研究背景与意义，概述国内外图书馆嵌入式服务研究现状，提出本文的研究内容与方法。 第二部分，从嵌入性理论入手，介绍了图书馆嵌入式服务的兴起、内涵和特点，并总结了图书馆开展嵌入式服务的必要性。 第三部分，通过实地考察，了解中国地震局图书馆目前的资源建设与信息服务的实际状况，总结了图书馆服务中的各项不足；通过问卷调查的形式，对中国地震局图书馆用户职业工作中的信息需求进行了的调查分析，总结了各类用户职业工作中的信息需求与特点。 第四部分，提出中国地震局图书馆嵌入式服务的内涵、原则与服务体系。根据用户需求特点与图书馆的实际情况，构建中国地震局图书馆嵌入式服务体系，主要包括嵌入式信息资源服务、嵌入式信息咨询服务和嵌入式学科知识服务三部分内容，最后提出了图书馆嵌入式服务实施的相关建议。 第五部分，对本研究的总结。 希望本研究能够对中国地震局图书馆的信息服务发展提供可参考意见与建议，进而满足地震系统工作人员在职业工作中的各类信息需求，真正做好地震系统信息服务保障工作。
英文摘要：	With the computer network technology application and development in the field of libraries, digital information resources gradually become the main focus of modern library resources construction, embedded service has become a new trend in a lot of Library. Embedded service refers to user’s needs as the center, the library’s resources, librarian, information products through various means and channels active integration into the user’s processes and scenarios, embedded services breaking the traditional library service model. The main contents of this research are investigating needs of China Earthquake Administration library users, earthquake science information resources development and utilization, construction of the library information exchange platform, to provide users with the earthquake subject knowledge service. The resource, librarians, disciplinary teams are embedded user environment to provide various information services. This study is divided into five parts as follows: Part I: It describes the study background and significance, an overview of the embedded library services research, the research content and research methods. Part II: Starting from the embedded theory, it describes the rise，content and features of embedded library service, and summed up the necessity of embedded library service. Part III: Through field visits to understand current actual situation of the resource construction and information service of the China Earthquake Administration library, summed up the deficiencies of the library service; through questionnaires, analyze the information needs of users, summed up the various types of user’s information needs and characteristics. Part IV: It is proposed that embedded library service connotation, principles and service system in this paragraph, according to the needs of user and the actual situation of library to build embedded library service system. It including the embedded information resource service，the embedded information consulting service and the embedded subject knowledge service three parts. Finally, some suggestions about embedded library service was proposed. Part V: Summary of this study. We hope that this research can provide reference opinions and suggestions on the development of China Earthquake Administration library.
