| 中文摘要: | 2014至2015年是我国新能源汽车行业呈爆发式增长的一段时期,2014年我国新能源汽车年产7.85万辆,年销售7.48万辆,这一数据到2015年攀升为34万辆和33万辆,较2014年增长330%。新能源汽车产销量的大增直接带动了产业链中企业的订单增长。在此背景之下,给车企配套的动力电池生产企业接单数量激增,出货量大幅度增长,动力电池生产企业在消减库存后,纷纷出现了产能吃紧的情况。由于涉及动力电池企业的产能升级项目的复杂程度高、建设周期短、项目实施与生产运营并行等特点,需要一套兼具科学性,具有完善管理体系并且具有较高适用性的项目管理理论体系和管理工具来应对出现的各种挑战和问题。作为当下的热门学科,项目管理符合企业基于约束条件下对资源分配问题的管控需求。在社会经济持续发展的今天,项目管理应用领域迅速扩张,在生产经营等社会经济活动中的重要性日益凸显。从工业发达国家和新兴工业化国家的制造业发展的情况来看,积极推行项目管理,已成为推动现代制造企业快速发展的有效管理方式。项目管理有三个重要目标,即成本、工期、质量,其中项目进度管理作为项目管理的重要组成部分,也是项目管理的关键控制点,能否对它实施有效的管控,直接关系到项目能否按期完成,进而影响到项目的成败和项目经济效益的体现。本文首先对进度管理的相关理论和方法进行简单回顾,分析及总结企业产能升级项目的特征;然后,细致分析企业产能升级项目过程中影响项目建设进度的各种因素以及各种因素的影响程度;进而,提出控制这些影响因素的具体方法;最后,运用力神动力电池系统有限公司产能升级的一个项目案例,对影响项目进度的因素进行具体的分析并就其如何控制提出相应的对策。最终目的是使得该项目能够如期完成。本文的中心思想是要研究企业产能升级项目实施中的进度管理问题,特别是应用在动力电池企业这个热门领域。企业产能升级包含了既有线体产能的提升和新线体建立带来的产能扩张。基于动力电池行业和多项目进度管理是本文需要分析和解决的关键问题。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The year of 2014 and 2015 witness a burst of growth for our national industry of new-energy vehicles. In 2014, the output and sales volume of new-energy vehicles are 78.5 thousands and 74.8 thousands respectively, while in 2015, they increased to 3.4 million and 3.3 million respectively, experiencing a growth over 330%. The growth of sales volume directly contributes to the growth of orders for companies in this industry chain. And correspondingly, companies of power battery for cars also witnesses a growth of orders, as a result, with a reduction of inventory, those companies are faced with a tight capacity. Because of some features of capacity upgrade programs, such as high complexity, short construction period, paralleled program implementation and production operation, a project management system and method which are scientific, improved and realistic are highly necessary to deal with all challenges and issues. Project management, as a hot subject, meets the control need of resource distribution for companies under constraints. With social economy’s continuous development, the application of project management broadens rapidly, playing more important role in manufacturing operation and other social economy activities. Looking back at the development of manufacturing industry of industrial and new industrial nations, proactively introducing project management has become an efficient way to promote the fast growth of modern manufacturing. Project management has three main objectives, namely the cost, time, quality, in addition, project schedule management is also a key control point. The effective management of project schedule is directly related to the success as well as the economic benefits for the project. The paper firstly reviews briefly the related theories and methods of schedule management, analyzes and summarizes the features of enterprise capacity upgrade project. Secondly, the paper thoroughly analyzes various factors affecting the schedule of project construction and each factor’s influence. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes the specific methods to control these factors. Lastly, taking the capacity upgrade of Lishen Power Battery System Co., Ltd. as an example, the paper analyzes in detail the factors affecting the schedule and proposes the control methods respectively, in order to ensure the project to be completed on time. The main idea of the paper is to study the schedule management of enterprise capacity upgrade, especially in the field of power battery business. Enterprise capacity upgrade includes the increased capacity of the existing production line as well as the expanded capacity of the new production line. In view of the characteristics of power battery business and the theory of multi-project schedule management, to analyze and study schedule management and control is the key issue for the paper. | |
