中文摘要:天津港地处渤海湾经济带,地理条件优越,拥有辽阔的经济腹地,辐射范围广泛,交通运输条件十分便利。天津港目前是我国北方最大的人工深水港,也是我国华北地区主要的物流港口。现如今随着世界经济的不断增长,天津港集团有限公司也得以保持快速的发展的态势。当前,天津港承载着天津滨海新区及环渤海经济发展的重要使命,那么要想抓住这重要的历史机遇,高效地、充分利用好固有资源,这就需要更新的管理理念、管理方法、管理模式与之匹配,从而要求公司不同层面的员工都要具有相应的理论知识结构、管理水平和工作能力。因此,优化培训方式,加大人才培训力度,提升员工队伍整体素质,显得尤为重要。所以,对员工进行系统的、有效的培训,从而建立起一支能够肩负重任的高素质人才梯队,将是天津港实现建设世界一流企业战略目标的重要保障。 本文旨在通过对天津港Y公司近年来的人力资源培训工作的系统性梳理,分析目前培训工作各个环节以及现实培训工作的状况,结合相关人力资源培训理论,总结经验,找出问题,并提出相应的建设性意见,以员工培训需求为基本出发点,明确培训体系改进与再设计的原则与理念以及人力资源培训体系改进与设计的内容并且提出相应的培训效果评估和与之对应的保障措施,从而构建更为科学、规范、完整、务实、高效的天津港Y公司人力资源培训体系,以期为天津港员工的培训工作起到借鉴作用。 关键词:天津港;人力资源;培训体系 
英文摘要:Tianjin port is located in the Bohai Bay Economic Zone whose geographical condition is superior. It has a broad economic hinterland and the radiation scope is widespread. The traffic conditions is very convenient. Tianjin port is the largest artificial deep water port and the main logistical port in Northern China. Now with the world economy growing, Tianjin Port Group Co., Ltd. have to keep rapidly developing. At present, for Tianjin port which carries the important missions of Tianjin Binhai New Area and Bohai economic development, how to seize the opportunities to make the most of the port resources sustainably and efficiently? We need new management concepts, methods and modes to match it. It requires the different levels of employees to have the relevant theoretical knowledge structures, management levels and work abilities. Therefore, it is very important to optimize the training modes, make more efforts for training and improve the qualities of the employees. Therefore, providing the staff with systematic and effective training in order to build a high-quality talent team which can take heavy responsibilities and stand the tests is essential to accomplish the strategic object that we make Tianjin port world-class enterprise. Through sorting human resources training works in Tianjin port in recent years systematically, this paper analyzes the present situations about training works and every parts of them. Besides it summarizes the experiences of human resources training works finding out the existing problems and putting forward the corresponding constructive suggestions. Based on the demands of staff for training, the paper defines the principles, concepts and contents of improving and redesigning training systems. It put forward the corresponding evaluations of training effectiveness and supporting measures to propose a more scientific, standardized, complete, pragmatic and efficient human resources training system hoping to set an example for staff training in Tianjin port.
