中文摘要：	世界经济和中国经济快速发展，企业竞争不断加剧，我国制造业面临严峻挑战，采购管理的重要性逐渐显现，制造业的代表汽车制造业的采购管理值得研究。 本文以CC汽车公司采购管理为主要研究对象，首先对相关管理理论进行了综述，包括供应链理论、采购理论等。在公司实际采购过程中，应用哪种采购理论，需要公司结合自身具体情况进行分析，建立一套适合本公司的采购战略和采购体系，而且不能一成不变，要随着公司的发展不断完善。其次介绍了CC汽车公司采购管理现状及问题，公司的采购管理随着公司的发展有了一定改善，也取得了一些效果，但仍然存在一些问题。对CC汽车公司采购管理存在的问题进行了内外部分析，CC汽车公司缺乏适合自己的采购战略和采购模式，公司迫切需要在采购管理上进行变革。随着中国经济不断发展，汽车行业竞争不断加剧，采购管理成为核心竞争力的重要支撑。采购管理的不系统不完善，严重影响了公司进一步的发展，需要我们密切关注研究，找出具体问题，找到解决方法。然后提出CC汽车公司采购管理的内部改善方案，CC汽车适合采取集中与分散相结合的采购模式，并且在内部持续推进采购信息、采购成本、人力资源等平台的建设。采购管理内部规划方案，实际是要回答集团管控模式下，如何搭建采购管理体系，需要对CC汽车公司进行采购管理模式分析。在集团管控模式上，公司实行运营控制型与战略控制型相结合的管控模式；在此基础上，CC汽车公司采购管理体系宜实行集中和分散相结合的方式。最后阐述了CC汽车公司采购管理的外部改善方案，需要大力加强供应链背景下的供应商管理。在采购管理体系之中，外部资源的完善也至关重要，在供应链环境下的采购管理，外部管理主要是指供应商相关的管理。供应商管理平台的建设，集团采购中心与各分子公司一起完善供应商管理。 本文是结合CC汽车公司采购管理现状完成的，为CC汽车公司今后采购管理的改善提供了思路，也希望能为制造类集团企业的采购管理提供一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	World economy and the rapid development of China's economy, the growing competition in the enterprise, China's manufacturing is facing severe challenges, the importance of procurement management gradually, the manufacturing sector on behalf of the automobile manufacturing enterprises procurement management is worth studying. In this paper, the CC automobile company procurement management as the main research object, the first of the relevant management theory is reviewed, including the supply chain theory, procurement theory, etc.. In the company's actual purchasing process, application which procurement theory, companies need combined with their own specific situation analysis, established a set of suitable for the company's procurement strategy and procurement system and can not be static to consummates unceasingly along with the development of the company. Secondly, it introduces the current situation and problems of purchasing management in CC auto company. The company's purchasing management has improved with the development of the company, and some results have been achieved, but there are still some problems. In the internal and external analysis of the problems existing in the procurement management of CC automobile company, the lack of appropriate procurement strategy and procurement model for CC automobile company, the company urgently needs to change in the procurement management. With the continuous development of China's economy, competition in the automotive industry continues to increase, procurement management has become an important support for the core competitiveness. Procurement management system is not perfect, seriously affect the company's further development, we need to pay close attention to research, identify specific problems, find solutions. And then put forward the improvement of CC automobile company purchasing management, CC cars for take procurement model of the combination of centralization and decentralization, and in the internal continued to promote the purchasing information, purchase cost, human resources platform construction. Procurement management internal planning program, the actual is to answer the group management and control model, how to build a procurement management system, the need for CC automobile company procurement management mode analysis. In the group management and control model, the implementation of operational control and strategic control based on the combination of management and control mode; on this basis, CC automotive company procurement management system should implement centralized and decentralized combination of the way. At last, the paper describes the external improvement program of CC automobile company, and it needs to strengthen the supplier management under the background of supply chain. In the procurement management system, the improvement of the external resources is also very important, in the supply chain environment, procurement management, external management is mainly refers to the supplier management. Supplier management platform construction, the group procurement center and the various molecular companies to improve supplier management. This is combined with CC motor company procurement management status to complete, and provides a way for CC motor company future procurement management improvement, also hope to provide some reference for the purchasing management in manufacturing enterprise group.
