中文摘要:奥的斯电梯公司是中国电梯行业中最早的合资企业之一。该公司的内部运营流程复杂,组织机构庞大,需要高度顺畅而有效的管理沟通来保证业务的正常运转。在当前中国电梯行业大调整的激烈竞争环境下,奥的斯公司急需通过内部管理沟通的改善来实现内部运营效率的提升。 本文通过对奥的斯公司管理沟通现状的深层次剖析,将沟通网络、正式和非正式沟通方式、沟通的心理动因,以及跨文化沟通障碍等沟通理论与奥的斯公司的实际沟通现状充分结合,使用理论联系实际的研究方法,对该公司管理沟通行为中存在的具体问题进行深度挖掘。本文遵循分层次研究的思路,以高层管理与中层管理之间、高层管理内部、中层管理和基层员工之间三个层次作为切入点分别展开研究,捕捉每个层次独有的沟通特点,分别进行深入分析从而找出问题。文章将研究视角放在公司内部的实际管理沟通现状和问题上,而非常规性的公司沟通体系问题。通过对沟通现状进行分层次的研究,着重问题成因的发掘,强调具体问题具体分析,摒弃机械性地分析大众化的沟通问题。文章在研究并总结出问题成因之后,提出切实可行的改善方案,旨在通过管理沟通效果的改善,实现该公司实际运营效率的提升。 针对本文的撰写,作者意在以一种创新的研究方式,将对奥的斯公司各层面管理沟通深刻的理解和认知,与管理沟通的理论紧密结合,融入个人观点,得出客观有效的研究结论。根据奥的斯公司管理沟通现状亟待改善的研究结论,本文总结归纳出三方面的改善方案:建立并完善全通道式沟通网络;通过重组沟通体系结构,完善上行沟通通道;以及通过改善沟通媒介、提升倾听和反馈的效果来减少文化差异带来的沟通障碍。作者希望本文的撰写能够为奥的斯公司的管理沟通改善提供切实有效的方法,也希望本文能够为有兴趣从事企业管理沟通行为研究的学者们提供参考范例。 
英文摘要:OTIS Elevator Company is one of the earliest-founded joint venture in the elevator industry in China. The company has complicated internal operational processes and a huge organization so that it needs highly smooth and effective management communication to ensure the daily business operation. Under the circumstance of the fierce competition which caused by the elevator industry transformation in China, OTIS company do need realize the operation efficiency improvement through bettering the internal management communication. Through the detailed analysis on the management communication status of the OTIS company, the thesis fully combines the communication theories of communication networks, formal and informal communication, and the psychological motivation to communication, and the cross-cultural communication barriers with the real communication practice of OTIS. By adopting the research method of combining theory with real practice, the thesis does the in-depth exploration to the existing problem in the communication actions of the company. The thesis follows the research clue of conducting the analysis with level-division, pinpointing the research on the communication between high-level and middle-level management, within high-level, and between middle-level and root level employees. The elaboration focuses on the specific communication feature of each level and do detailed analysis and research in order to figure out the problem. The article concentrates the view on the real practice and problems of management communication but not the regular communication system in the company. Through the research by level, focus on finding out the root cause of the problem by emphasizing the analysis to each specific problem rather than rigidly analyze the common communication problem. With the research summary and root cause, the pragmatic corrective action is raised aiming at realizing the increase of the operational efficiency by improving the effect of management communication. The author tries to adopt an innovative research method by composing the thesis to combine the theories with her understanding and recognition in the management communication in the OTIS company with the purpose of obtaining the objective and effective research summary which includes the author’s personal opinion in. According to the research summary of that OTIS Company need improve its management communication urgently, the thesis raises the corrective action from three aspects: set up and perfect the full-channel communication network;re-structure the communication system to improve the upward communication channel; and reduce the communication barriers caused by cross-cultural gap by enhancing the effect of listening and feedback. The author hopes that the thesis could provide pragmatic method to improve the management communication as well as a sample paper for the researchers who are devoted into the research of management communication for reference.
