| 中文摘要: | 面对全球化的激烈竞争,中国的企业必须要加强自身实力,不断提升创新能力,转变经济增长方式。项目管理的发展同时适应了这种创新型社会建设的需求,越来越多的企业引用项目管理的方法,并且通过构建项目导向型组织,更优更省地合理利用资源,提高效率,使企业管理能力得到提升。如何根据企业自身情况,通过组织结构变革实现项目导向型管理正是本文研究的重点内容。论文在项目管理、组织管理和项目导向型管理等相关理论文献梳理的基础上,主要对三个问题进行了研究:其一是企业项目导向型管理在力神公司的实施现况及关键问题,其二是力神公司实施项目导向型管理改进模式的建立,其三是力神公司项目导向型管理改进方法。论文从项目导向型组织构建的基本要素即组织体制、管理机制、企业文化和项目管理能力为切入点,针对力神公司项目导向型管理现状,分析了力神公司实施项目导向型管理存在的问题,重点依据PMI提出的项目管理成熟度模型(OPM3)对力神公司项目管理成熟度进行评估,提出了改进模型和改进方案。论文提出的改进方案是以项目活动为核心所做的组织结构调整,以及组织机制的改进,企业文化和项目管理能力的提升方案,设立项目管理的核心部门项目管理办公室PMO,设置了工作职责, 这对于项目导向型管理在企业中的应用提供了一些有益的参考。根据对项目管理理论的深入研究,确定了适合企业项目管理的范围,从产品开发到量产阶段的全生命周期项目管理的适用性。基于项目人力资源管理的研究,制定了项目人力资源管理办法,包括考核和激励机制在内都为企业的项目管理工作起到了借鉴的意义。通过改善方案的提出,消除了目前项目开发存在的许多问题,并借鉴OPM3的最佳实践经验制定改进路径,建立了实施改进的保障体系。论文把项目管理成熟度和项目导向型组织管理理论运用到力神公司项目导向型管理中,具有一定的应用创新价值。论文根据力神公司自身特点和其项目导向型管理存在的问题,从项目管理成熟度角度探究了天津力神公司项目导向型管理的改进模型、改进方案和实施过程,其研究对力神公司项目导向型管理具有重要的指导作用。同时,论文研究对相关企业实施项目导向型管理具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Facing the fierce competition of globalization, China's enterprises must strengthen their own strength, and constantly improve the ability to innovate, change the mode of economic growth. The development of project management and meet the needs of the construction of an innovative society, more and more enterprises reference method of project management, and through the construction of project oriented organization, more and more in the province of rational use of resources, improve the efficiency, enterprise management ability promotion. According to the enterprise's own situation, the project oriented management is the key content of this paper. The content of this paper is based on the theoretical research, drawing on the project management, organizational management, project management and other systems theory. This paper focuses on the three problems: one is project oriented enterprise management in the power of God in the implementation status and key issues, and the second is the establishment of project oriented management model to improve the implementation of the power of God, the third is the power of God in project oriented management improvement method. Aiming at these problems, by means of literature research, knowledge on modern project management carried out and summarized for the project oriented organization to construct the basic elements of organizational system, organizational mechanism, corporate culture and project management skills, based on the power of God in project oriented management status, also from the four aspects analysis the power of God in the implementation of project oriented management of the existing problems, at the same time, according to the PMI OPM3 model project of the power of God in maturity evaluation, put forward improved model, improved path with reference to the best practice to describe the contents. Improved scheme to project activities for improvement of the core of the organization structure adjustment, and the organization mechanism, corporate culture and project management capability of the lifting scheme, the establishment of project management of the core management project management office PMO, set a clear job responsibilities, which for the application of project oriented management in the enterprise provides some useful reference. According to the in-depth study of modern project management theory, the scope of enterprise project management is determined, and the applicability of the whole life cycle project management from product development to mass production stage is determined. Based on the project human resource management, the project human resources management approach, including the assessment and incentive mechanism for the enterprise's project management has played a reference significance. Through the improvement of the proposal, the elimination of the current project development and the existence of many problems, and learn from the best practice of OPM3 to develop improved path, and the implementation of improved security system. The innovation of this research is for based on the characteristics of the power of God, the God of the company with the electric core research and development capabilities, and in the face of the fierce external competition environment, the company from batteries R & D to product research and development of technical transformation and upgrading, from the past provide batteries to provide power supply system and supporting services for the strategic direction and in the process enterprises from the traditional state-owned enterprise management model to study the project oriented management pattern transformation and settled in. | |
