中文摘要：	2015年是中国众创空间元年。依托巨大的市场，中国正在成为全世界范围内，共享经济发展的新增长点。在政策引导和市场虹吸的双重作用下，作为共享经济重要组成部分的众创空间，璨然爆发。为加快实施国家创新驱动发展战略，适应和引领经济发展新常态，顺应网络时代大众创业、万众创新的新趋势，发展众创空间等新型企业创业服务平台成为必然趋势。 鉴于众创空间项目的主要模式多为市场化运作，本文拟站在项目投资人的角度，对众创空间项目的前评估工作展开研究，从而找到相对较为科学合理、切实可行的方法，对众创空间等新型企业创业服务平台建设方案进行综合评价。 本文按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的逻辑顺序逐层展开。首先，作者对本次研究工作的写作背景、研究意义、研究内容与方法、技术路线以及论文结构等问题进行了阐述。接下来回顾和梳理了项目评估的相关理论知识，详细阐释了项目、项目管理、项目评估、项目全生命周期及项目前评估的流程与方法等内容。本文第三章是众创空间项目的独特性分析篇，主要分析了我国众创空间发展的现状、模式与存在的问题。第四章对项目前评估的三个关键环节展开了深入研究，并给出了众创空间项目前评估的数学模型和详细计算步骤。本文第五章是众创空间项目前评估的案例分析篇，以KJW众创空间项目为例验证了上述前评估流程与方法的科学性和可行性。 在本文的最后一章作者总结了本次研究的主要结论、创新点和不足之处，并对后续研究进行展望。同时特别指出，对于“众创空间项目前评估研究”这一项目而言，本文的完成只是“中点”而非“终点”，给出的初步结论可看作是阶段节点的完成，更应看作后续研究阶段的开端。本次研究构建的项目前评估指标体系、选取的综合评估模型作为“产出物”，能否投入“运营”、“运营”效果如何，都有待于进一步检验。
英文摘要：	2015 is the first year of China's Group Innovation Space. Relying on the huge market, China is becoming a new growth point of the whole world, sharing economic development. In the dual role of policy guidance and market siphon as economy is an important part of Group Innovation Space, can however outbreaks. To speed up the implementation of national innovation driven development strategy, adapt and lead the new normal economic development, to adapt to the new trend of public entrepreneurship, innovation in network era, development of Group Innovation Space and other new type of enterprise business services platform has become an inevitable trend. In view of the major patterns of Group Innovation Space projects are mostly market-oriented operation, this paper intends to stand in the perspective of project investors, research on the pre evaluation of the project of the Group Innovation Space, to find a more scientific and reasonable, practical and feasible method a comprehensive evaluation of the construction scheme of a new type of enterprise service platform, such as Group Innovation Space. “Ask questions, Analyze and Solve problem” has been followed as the logical order to expound the viewpoint in this article. First of all, author has expounds these problems such as Writing background, the significance of the research, the content and method of research, technical route and the structure of the article, etc. Next, the relevant theoretical knowledge of project evaluation have been reviewed and combed, a detailed explanation of the PM (project management) of the project, Project evaluation, the full life circle of the project, the process method of the Project pre-evaluation, etc. In the third chapter, author has analyzed the uniqueness of Group Innovation Space such as the causes, the current situation of development of Group Innovation Space mode and existing problems. In the fourth chapter, the author has presented not only a in-depth study of the three key links but also the mathematical model of the Project pre-evaluation and the detailed calculation steps of the Group Innovation Space. In the fifth chapter, the author has presented cases and cases analysis report of Project pre-evaluation of Group Innovation Space, in the example of the overall renovation project of KJW Group Innovation Space to prove the former evaluation process and the method is scientific and feasible. In the last chapter of this article, author has summarized the main conclusion, innovation points and deficiencies of research. Further research is forecasted in this article. At the same time author points out that the research of Project pre-evaluation of reconstruction of Group Innovation Space has been completed half of it. In terms of the project, the preliminary conclusions can be considered as result of the research phase but more should be regarded as beginning of the follow-up study phase. Can the index system of Project pre-evaluation has been built in this research and the Comprehensive evaluation model be put into operation? What will be the result of the operation? All these results need to be tested further.
