中文摘要：	随着人们对于环境的重视程度不断加深，如今已不在只关注产品本身是否环保，同时也关注其生产企业如何进行环境管理。环境管理甚至已经成为企业进入市场或参与招投标的必要条件。环境管理体系认证能够帮助企业进行内部环境控制、提升自身形象。一般参与认证的企业都希望能够快速通过认证，以使其具备更强的竞争力。这就需要对认证活动时间进度，进行严格的控制。项目时间管理是项目管理中最为重要的部分之一，是项目时间进度控制最有效的手段。本文将环境管理体系认证过程作为一个项目进行分析，应用项目时间管理的相关理论知识，对此项目的时间进度进行严格管理和控制，保证项目能够在短期内完成。 本文主要研究中环照明公司环境管理体系（EMS）认证项目。作者对该项目的时间管理进行系统、全面的分析及研究。首先，根据当前社会的现状、项目时间管理的现状及中环照明公司的管理现状，结合项目时间管理相关理论知识提出中环照明公司环境管管理体系（EMS）认证项目存在的主要问题及影响因素。然后，对EMS认证项目时间管理进行规划，主要包括：限定时间管理范围、编制时间进度计划、绘制网络图、估算项目工期、优化时间进度计划等。最后，找到影响EMS认证项目时间进度控制的因素，采取措施监督和控制这些因素，分析得出EMS认证项目时间进度的主要保障措施。 本文在研究过程中，采用“从一般到特殊”的研究思路，使用文献综述法收集相关理论知识，对中环照明EMS认证项目时间管理中存在的问题逐个击破，充分运用理论去解决实际问题。另外，首次将环境管理体系（EMS）认证作为项目对其时间管理进行研究，针对项目时间进度优化问题，创新性的提出 “类比法+三点估算法”，提升EMS认证项目时间效率。 但本篇论文由于作者知识的欠缺和经验的不足，仍然存在很多疏漏。需要今后在实际工作中不断的深入研究。
英文摘要：	As environment protection become more important, people choose the products not only depending on the safety and harmless of products themselves but also focusing on the environment management of the enterprise. The environment management is even an essential condition when the enterprise wants to enter the market and invite or submit the tender. Environment management system certification can help the enterprise to improve the internal environment control and enhance their corporate image. Each enterprise which take part in the certification wants to quickly pass the certification and strengthens its competitiveness. So the time process is controlled strictly for the certification action. The project time management is one of the most important parts of the project management, and it is the most effective issue to control the project schedule. This paper presents that the environment management system certification is regarded as a project, and the theoretical knowledge of project time management is used to strictly manage and control the project schedule, and guarantee that the project can be completed in short time. The paper is research on the environment management system (EMS) certification project of the Zhonghuan Lighting Company. The time management is systematically and comprehensively analyzed and studied in this work. First, the main problems and influence factors are proposed about the management system project of the Zhonghuan Lighting Company depending on the current social, time management and the company status and the relevant theoretical acknowledge of the time management. Second, plan the project time management of the EMS including limiting the time management range, making the project schedule, painting the network diagram, estimating the project time, optimizing the schedule and so on. At last, find out the factors that affect the EMS certification project schedule, monitor and control them using some methods and analyze the main safeguard measures of the EMS certification project schedule. In this paper, the research direction is from general to especial, the relevant theoretical acknowledge is collected from the literature, and address every problem using the theoretical acknowledge which is from the time management of the EMS certification project about the Zhonghuan Lighting. In addition, the time management of the EMS is firstly studied. To solve the schedule optimal problem, the analogy and three-point estimate methods were presented creatively to improve the efficiency of the EMS certification project time.
