| 中文摘要: | 当今时代,在经济全球化的大背景下,社会分工日益深化,物流对于企业在日趋激烈的市场竞争当中取得最终的胜利起着越来越重要的作用。任何物品,从其生产地至消费地的空间位移,离开了物流环节都将很难实现。物流的核心环节在于运输,在诸多运输方式中,航空货运速度快、时间短,对供应链总成本能够产生较大的节约,当之无愧地成为了推动全球经济持续稳健发展的核心力量。自上世纪90年代末,全球经济一体化进程明显加快,航空货运业务在世界各国航空公司的地位开始得到提升,并且在传统航空货运业务中逐渐融合进了一些配套增值服务以满足客户个性化需求,航空货运自此向航空物流演变并为航空公司创造了较大的利润。反观中国航空货运市场,虽然每年的运输量持续增长,但收益水平增长缓慢,甚至出现亏损,增产不增收现象明显。这种现象的根本原因在于航空货运仍处于从机场到机场的运作模式,所提供的产品附加值偏低,各家航空公司基本靠价格战抢夺市场份额。本文主要针对此现实情况,通过收集整理国内外物流发展理论对传统航空货运业务向物流化转型的必要性与紧迫性进行了分析,运用价值链理论、微笑曲线理论对传统航空货运业务向物流化转型的可能路径进行了推演,对转型过程中可选择的几种商业模式进行了内涵解析与综合评价,对物流化转型过程中可能会面临的风险进行了分析预警。在得出基本理论框架后,以山东航空货运业务为例展开了具体分析。首先,介绍了山航货运发展历史、主要业务情况及目前发展遇到的主要瓶颈。然后,运用PEST、五力模型为分析工具对山航货运所处的宏观及微观环境进行了分析,运用SWOT为分析工具对山航货运自身的优、劣势,机遇与挑战进行了分析。最后,依据山航货运所处的时空环境对物流化转型进行了必要性论证,依据现有的资源及自身优劣势情况对转型的路径进行了总体设计,并设定了转型原则与阶段性目标。在对山航货运转型需求进行详细分析之后,制定了物流化的具体转型策略,为确保这些转型策略切实得以实施,又提供了一套保障措施与风险防范措施。全文通过层层论证,为本企业未来的转型工作找到了一套具有一定可行性的发展方案,为本企业高层管理者提供了决策依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In modern times, in the context of economic globalization, social division of labor deepening, the logistics for enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition in the market of the final victory is playing a more and more important role. Any goods from the producer to the consumer space displacement, left the logistics links will be difficult to achieve. Is the key link in the logistics transportation, in various modes of transportation, air freight speed, time is short, to the total cost of supply chain that can produce bigger savings, deservedly become the core strength to promote the development of the global economy remains robust. Since the late 1990 s, speeding up the global economic integration, the airline's status of air cargo business all over the world began to improve, and gradually merged into the traditional air cargo business in some form a complete set of value-added services to meet customer demand individuation, evolution and air freight since then to aviation logistics for airlines to create a larger profit. In contrast, China's air cargo market, although the annual volume continues to grow, but slow growth in income level, or even a loss, the production is not income phenomenon is obvious. The root cause of this phenomenon lies in the air cargo business model behind, airlines still stays at the level of price war, provided by the low value-added products. This article mainly aims at the reality, through the collected domestic and international logistics development theory to the transformation of the traditional air cargo business to the logistics of the necessity and urgency is analyzed, using the value chain theory, the smile curve theory to the transformation of the traditional air cargo business to the logistics of the possible path for the deduction, in the process of transformation can choose several business model of content analysis and comprehensive evaluation, in the process of logistics transformation may face the risk of early warning analysis. After it is concluded that the basic theoretical model, in air cargo business in Shandong airlines as an example the concrete analysis. First, this paper introduces the development history, the main business of freight in Shandong airlines and current development of the main bottlenecks. Then, using the PEST, five model for the analysis tool for Shandong airlines freight analyzes the macro and micro environment, SWOT analysis tools for Shandong airlines freight its own advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges are analyzed. Finally, on the basis of Shandong airlines freight space-time environment demonstrated the necessity of logistics transformation, on the basis of the existing resources and their own advantages and disadvantages of the path of transformation for the overall design, and set the transformation principle and milestones, established to ensure that the goals realized strategy, in order to ensure the strategy effectively implemented, and provides a set of operable safeguard measures and risk prevention measures.
