中文摘要:劳资伙伴关系研究兴起于20世纪80年代末90年代初,国外研究者在管理实践和理论探索方面取得了一定的进展。学者们也从社会伙伴关系和劳资伙伴关系两个层面剖析了伙伴关系的概念,同时不同国家和地区在其文化、制度、体制等因素影响下,形成了不同模式的劳资伙伴关系。虽然,劳资伙伴关系的研究日渐丰富,但也出现了偏差和错误,如社会伙伴关系与劳资伙伴关系概念、内涵混用等问题。而且劳资伙伴关系的研究大多忽略了时间维度,为了简化研究模型和变量,学者们从静态视角对企业劳资伙伴关系进行研究分析,对相关影响因素关注不足。另一方面,多元雇佣与雇佣柔性化、产业政策的不断演进与发展都促使企业劳资关系不断革新,企业面临的不稳定性和不确定性不断加剧,传统的劳资合作方式需要在变化的环境中不断地调整。为此,本文首先从社会伙伴关系和劳资伙伴关系两个层面剖析了伙伴关系的概念,归集了劳资伙伴关系的理论基础;其次,本文以劳资伙伴关系理论和交换理论为主线,从动态交换关系视角结构组织中的劳资伙伴关系,并期望企业能在劳资伙伴关系演进的过程中实现交换关系的均衡;最后,本文结合企业生产经营的管理实践,从四个方面提出了改善企业劳资伙伴关系建设与发展的建议。 
英文摘要:Research on labor-management partnership emerged in the late 1980s early 1990s, foreign researchers have made some progress in the management of practical experience and theoretical exploration. Scholars analyzed the concept of partnership at levels of social partnership and labor-management partnership, while different countries and regions have formed a different model of labor-management partnership under the influence of its culture, systems, structures and other factors. Although the study of labor-management partnership has become more and more abundant, there have been deviations and errors in present study, such as the concepts and contents of social partnership and labor-management partnership are easily confused. And in order to simplify the model and study variables, the dimension of time is mostly ignored in the research of labor-management partnership, scholars carry on the research and the analysis from a static perspective, at the same time, attention to the related factors is insufficient. On the other hand, with the development of industrial policy and the flexibility of multiple employment hiring, evolve the enterprise have prompted in the innovation of corporate labor relations, and the instability and uncertainty of enterprises are constantly increasing, the traditional labor-management cooperation needs to adjust in a changing environment. In the first place, we analyze the concept of social partnership and labor-management partnership, and summarize the theoretical basis of labor-management partnership; Secondly, The paper dissect the labor-management partnership based on the industrial relations theory and exchange theory in the perspective of dynamic exchange, and we expect to achieve a balance in the evolution of the partnership; Finally, combining with the management practice of enterprise, this paper proposed recommendations to improve labor-management partnership from four areas.
