中文摘要: | 企业发展的持续性是企业的生存目标,企业的发展必须要适合新的经济环境,因此,首当其中的便是企业的组织结构对自身环境的适应性,企业永续良性发展必须要有良好的组织结构来适应。组织结构是企业经营管理的主体平台,只有架构好组织结构,才能成为企业在多种不确定环境和激烈的市场竞争中得以勇往直前的坚固基石。企业要想生存和发展,必须要有科学的组织结构。传统的组织结构设计理论主要是以生产制造类企业为研究对象,虽然其理论存在一般的适用性,但其研究成果没有细化到针对设计行业应用的程度。笔者通过对项目导向型的组织结构及其理论知识的研究,深刻认识到第四设计研究院应该实施新的组织结构,建立一套项目导向型组织结构。通过组织结构的更新,有效地提升组织效率和生产效率,加强了针对市场的适应性,从而更加有效地保证企业战略目标的实现。 在第四设计研究院运营中,多项目管理和单项目管理并存,随着市场的扩大,竞争强度的增加,人员劳动负荷的加大,现有企业的组织结构已越来越不适合外部环境,对多项目管理和单项目管理模式的运营适应性越来越弱,因此,企业必须要建立一套以项目管理为导向,提升企业在市场中的竞争力,适合企业永续发展的新型企业组织结构。 本文正是基于以上的认识,通过系统地归纳项目导向型组织结构设计的相关理论知识,结合第四设计研究院的经营特点,以现代化的项目管理知识和体系为基础,项目导向为根本,将项目管理的知识理论、第四设计研究院影响要素等相关因素融入第四设计研究院的组织结构设计中,尝试性地提出一套第四设计研究院具有前瞻性的项目导型型组织结构设计方案,并进行预期效果分析,对第四设计研究院今后实施项目导向型组织结构设计起到良好的指导作用。 | |
英文摘要: | Enterprise development is the sustainability of the survival of enterprises, companies must be suitable for the development of the new economic environment, and therefore, when one of the first is the organizational structure of enterprises on the adaptability of their own environment, business continuity must have a good sound development the organizational structure to adapt. Organizational structure is the main enterprise management framework, only framework for good organizational structure, in order to become enterprises in a variety of environmental uncertainty and fierce competition in the market to move forward a strong cornerstone. To survive and enterprise development, there must be a scientific organizational structure. The organizational structure of the traditional design theory is mainly manufacturing enterprises for the study, although the theory of general application, but no details of their research results to address the extent of application of the design industry. By the study of the project-oriented organizational structure and theoretical knowledge, the author has a profound understanding: the Fourth Design and Research Institute should be the implementation of the new organizational structure, the establishment of a project-oriented organizational structure. Through organizational structure update, effectively improve organizational efficiency and productivity, strengthen market adaptability, and thereby more effective business strategies to ensure the realization of the objectives.
