中文摘要:随着移动互联网的诞生和发展以及智能移动终端的快速普及,手机APP产品应运而生并迅速崛起,运行于iOS、Android 及微软Windows Phone 等平台。在众多手机APP种类中,社交类APP以其便捷的聊天功能和简单的操作方式赢得众多用户的喜爱,成为用户使用数量最多的手机APP产品。 通过搜索手机APP应用商店我们可以发现,仅就社交类手机APP这一种类型的手机APP而言,其产品数量就高达上百个,这在为用户提供更多选择的同时,也为用户带来了一定的困扰,即什么样的APP才是好的社交类手机APP?因此,为了提高用户的使用体验,帮助用户筛选社交类手机APP产品,了解社交类手机APP的性能,尤其是与用户关系最密切的可用性情况,本文以社交类手机APP产品——微信为例,从用户角度出发,综合利用问卷调查法和访谈法对社交类手机APP的可用性评估进行研究,以期建立一套符合社交类手机APP特点并能可靠而有效评估此类产品的指标体系。 在对219份问卷数据以及15位用户的访谈数据进行分析的基础上,主要得出以下结论:第一,提出了包含十四项指标内容的社交类手机APP可用性评估指标体系,分别是易学习性、效率、效果、满意度、易使用性、安全性、有用性、出错、可理解性、可记忆性、美观、分享性、兼容性和个性化;第二,问卷调查结果显示:社交类手机APP可用性的不同维度对于可用性的整体影响程度不同,其中,出错维度对于可用性的贡献最大,其次是效率、效果、易学习性、满意度、有用性、易使用性以及可理解性这七个指标,最后是安全性与可理解性,相对而言,这两个维度对于整体的可用性影响最小。第三,用户的个体差异并不会影响其对手机APP产品的可用性评估结果,例如用户的性别、年龄、学历和使用经验等。 本文共包含五个部分,分别是绪言、文献综述、指标与研究设计、研究结果、研究结论与展望。其中包含图4幅,表24个,参考文献147篇。 
英文摘要:With the birth and development of mobile Internet and the rapid adoption of smart mobile terminals, smartphone APP products have emerged and the rise rapidly, runs on iOS, Android and Microsoft Windows Phone and other platforms. In many smartphone APP species, social APP has won many user’s love as its convenient and simple operation, and becomes the most popular smartphone APP products. Search by smartphone application store we can find, only social smartphone APP as this type of mobile phone APP, the number of products as high as hundreds, which provides users with more choices, but also provides users with a certain amount of trouble, what kind of APP is good social smartphone APP? Therefore, in order to improve the user experience, helping users to filter social smartphone APP products, especially the usability case. This study choose social smartphone APP products – We chat, for example, combine the questionnaires and interviews to evaluate the usability of social smartphone APP ,from the user point of view, aim to establish a set of indexes of the social smartphone APP, which can be reliable and effective to evaluate such products. On the basis of 219 questionnaires data and 15 user's interview data analysis, this study reached the following conclusions: First, The study presents a social smartphone APP usability evaluation system, which comprising 14 indexes, they are easy to learn, efficiency, effectiveness, satisfaction, ease of use, safety, usefulness, errors, understandability, memorability, artistic, sharing, compatibility and personalization. Second, different dimensions of usability has different impact on social smartphone APP usability, the most influential is safety; Last, the individual differences of users does not affect the usability of social samrtphone APP products, such as gender, age, education and experience of the user and the like. At last, this study contains a total of 4 figures, 24 tables and 147 references.
