中文摘要:个人理财是指通过收集整理顾客的收入、资产、负债等数据,倾听顾客的希望、要求、目标等,在专家的协助下,为顾客进行储蓄策划、投资策划、保险策划、税收策划、财产事业继承策划、经营策略等设计方案,并为顾客的具体实施细则提供合理的建议。商业个人理财业务的特点是市场容量较大、风险较低、业务覆盖范围广,是当下许多发达国家的商业银行主导产品,是商业银行重要的收益来源和利润增长点。据有关资料的统计,个人理财业务收入已经占到发达国家银行总收入30%以上,个别银行甚至可以达到全部收入 70%以上。在发达国家,个人理财业务已经渗透到每一个家庭中,商业银行在为客户提供服务的同时,也为自己带来了超高的利润。中国商业银行个人理财业务自上世纪 90年代开始出现,至今历经近 20年,依托于经济的高速发展和金融行业市场化程度的加深,个人理财业务得到快速的发展。但我国商业银行由于诸多因素的制约,个人理财业务发展仍处于初级阶段,其无论从规模还是从内容上都不能与发达国家相提并论。如何更好地发展个人理财业务,实现商业银行盈利模式转型,加快个人理财业务的高速发展至关重要。 近几年,商业银行个人理财业务在我国的金融市场中异军突起。这种业务的融资对象虽然琐碎,但胜在资金来源的多样化,而且资金基础坚实。更加重要的是它是储户与银行的关系更加紧密,是一般储户资金缓冲的重要方式。 在商业银行的各项金融业务中,个人理财业务是目前商业银行业务的核心之一。个人理财业务是以客户的个人资产为管理对象,在专业化团队规划下提供金融服务,为客户的资产达到保值增值目的的业务。在为个人客户服务的同时,商业银行也与客户建立起长期合作关系,另外一方面,在为客户提供金融服务的同时与投资、税务、咨询等服务达成长期合作关系。商业银行个人客户资产可以使商业银行的盈利模式从单一的存贷利差向中间业务收入的多元化迈进。因此,在西方发达国家、日本,甚至中国台湾及香港地区的商业银行中,个人理财业务俨然成为了各种业务中的核心产品,也是其战略发展的重中之重。 中国的商业银行个人理财业务在过去近 20年中经历了从无到有,从小到大的快速发展历程。2002年9月,中国光大银行在第一次推出外币结构性存款业 务,使其成为了真正意义上的中国第一款商业银行个人理财产品。 2003 年8月,中国建设银行在上海首次发行个人外汇结构性存款,中国银行和工商银行以及农业银行紧随其后,外汇理财市场一度十分火爆。外资银行像汇丰银行、荷兰银行等开始陆续在国内推出外币结构性存款。2003年中国银行发行“汇聚宝” 外汇理财产品,在国内第一次正式使用“理财产品”名称。之后,民生银行、招商银行、广东发展银行和渣打银行相继推出了大量外币理财产品,理财资金主要投入国债、央行票据、政策性金融债券等利率债品种。从此,国内中资银行纷纷开始试水,推出了自己的银行理财产品。2005年,中国银监会正式发布实施了《商业银行个人理财业务管理暂行办法》和《商业银行个人理财业务风险管理指引》,银行理财业务作为国内银行业金融机构的一个新的业务种类得到了快速发展,银行理财产品已成为国内大多数老百姓耳熟能详的金融产品,成为各类金融产品中的首选。 商业银行个人理财业务在我国发展不到 20年的时间,从无到有其发展速度极快,但是在快速发展的同时,也存在着组织机构不完备,配套制度不健全,相关专业人员素质不配套等现实问题。并且在我国目前的学术讨论中,对于部分个人理财业务产品的形态以及业务的组织形式存在极大的争议。这些争议所带来的风险也是目前商业银行急需解决的问题。目前我国正处于利率市场化过渡过程中,自2015 年5月11日央行宣布下调金融机构存贷款基准利率,其中一年期存款基准利率降至 2.25%,为 2004 年以来最低,但同时又将金融机构存款利率浮动区间上限由基准利率的 1.3倍调整为 1.5倍,使得金融机构利率管制如今"名存实亡"。此时,一般储户的资金存储方式便会随之发生巨大变化。定期存款,零存整取已经不能满足储户对于生活主要储备资金的生利的要求,此时市场需要满足不同阶层、不同家庭结构、不同风险承受能力的储户需要的个性理财产品,只有达到以上要求的理财产品,才能在金融市场零售领域占住脚跟。在市场利率不断下滑的情况下,不断出台的国家政策业务是主要的推动力。例如2014 年银监会下发的《商业银行理财业务管理办法(征求意见稿)》中对理财产品销售规范化、风险公示以及降低融资成本等方面做出了标准化规定。 本文首先介绍了研究商业银行个人理财业务模式的背景以及研究意义。着重阐述目前国际流行的个人理财业务理论研究。主要包括个人理财发展阶段不同划分的四种模式以及发达国家普遍采用的营销策略。其次论述当前我国商业 银行个人理财业务营销的现状:我国商业银行个人理财市场目前还是处于低级阶段,业务单一,主要以定额投资,保本保收益的理财业务为主,业务种类严重匮乏,业务缺乏创新及个性化。再次以 H商业银行为例,阐述市场新出现的各类理财业务,包括各类代售理财业务、结构化理财业务、高端理财业务等。并根据H银行的运行分析各种理财业务存在的问题。根据 H银行的理财业务特点,结合其自身经营特征,设计出符合 H银行客户要求的理财业务,并阐述各种理财业务的可行性。最后分析了中国商业银行个人理财业务发展方向和总结。
