中文摘要：	项目管理的科学管理方式在汽车行业以及汽车产品上的运用时间并不长，成效也不显著，如何有效的运用项目管理进行汽车产品开发是汽车人重点研究的对象。本文从中国汽车产品项目的困境出发，分析汽车产品项目的特性和影响因素，认为在汽车产品项目中有效开展跟踪评估是提高汽车产品项目管理水平的重点，也是促进汽车产品项目获得成功的关键。 本文指出汽车产品项目具有明确的目的性、独特的创新性和高度的集成性，同时又对复杂环境因素的影响非常敏感，特别是外部环境因素：政治经济环境、供应商、行业竞争和消费者，因此开展汽车产品项目跟踪评估具有很强的必要性。本文强调要正确理解汽车产品项目全生命周期。本文指出汽车产品项目跟踪评估的作用，阐述跟踪评估对于提高汽车产品项目的价值链竞争能力和可持续能力的重要意义。本文重点介绍了开展汽车产品项目跟踪评估的方法，即：涉及采购、制造、营销力和品牌价值等环节的指标管理，以及变更管理。本文强调了跟踪评估在汽车产品项目中不但要体现监督和评价，更应该重点抓住改善和变更。 本文的第一部分介绍了研究背景，针对汽车行业目前普遍存在的现象提出问题；第二部分介绍了中国汽车产业发展状况、汽车产品项目特性和影响因素，分析了汽车产品项目的困境；第三部分通过研究汽车产品项目跟踪评估的内容、作用和重要意义阐述了汽车产品项目跟踪评估的必要性；第四部分探讨了汽车产品项目跟踪评估的方法及运用；第五部分提出结论和有待后续解决的问题。
英文摘要：	It is not long for project management to be applied in the automobile industry and the automobile products and the effect is not remarkable. How to apply project management effectively in the automobile product development is the key research task for automobile workers. This paper describes the Chinese automobile project s’ difficult position, analysis automobile projects’ characteristic and relevant factors, and thinks the effective track appraisal is an emphasis to improve the level of automobile project management which is also critical for automobile projects to succeed. This paper points out that automobile projects have the characteristics of the explicit purpose, the unique innovation and the high integration. Simultaneously automobile projects are extremely sensitive to the complex environmental factors, especially external environment factors, such as political and economic environment, suppliers, competitors and consumers. Therefore the automobile project track appraisal is strongly necessary. This paper emphasizes that the automobile project entire life cycle must be understood correctly. This paper summarizes the function of the automobile project track appraisal and expounds that the elaboration track appraisal improves the automobile projects’ value of competitive ability and the sustainable development ability. This article introduces the development automobile product project track appraisal methods, including the purchase, the target management of manufacture, the marketing strength and brand value and alteration management. This paper emphasizes that the monitoring and evaluation is important in the automobile project and improvement and the alteration is necessary. This paper firstly introduces the research background and brings up the universal existence phenomenon currently in the automobile industry. Secondly, it introduces the situation of Chinese automobile industry development, the characteristic of automobile product projects and the relevant factors. And the automobile product project difficult position is analyzed. Thirdly, through the content and the function of the automobile product project track appraisal and the significance of the track appraisal, we put forward that the automobile product project track appraisal is necessary. Fourthly, we introduce the automobile product project track appraisal method and how to apply. Fifthly, the questions to be solved in the following research are put forward.
